Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located at the 3 milemarker of the Niangua Arm at the Niangua Bridge. Miramar condominiums is a great location by land or water just minutes from shopping, on the water restaurants and other entertainment for you and your family. The master bedroom is a great place to wake up to the lake view. The master has a private bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo. The living room offers a large couch and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The screened in deck with add to your outdoor enjoyment. Either sit out there and enjoy the view or grill your dinner on the gas grill. The condo does not offer a dock but the property is next to Lake Breeze Resort who offers boat rentals and slip rental. Book your stay today, you won't be disappointed.

Great stay

Overall this was a wonderful property and very nice unit. We had a few small issues that I was not expecting, but the response of the company and the owner was prompt, and for the most part everything taken care of. Mistakes and issues happen, and to me it is about how those are handled, and they were very professional. I will definitely be back!

The actual property was beautiful. I had a lot of trouble reaching the host prior to our stay. Then on our second day we were locked out of the property for over an hour & It was over 95 degrees outside. I attempted to call, text & email the host to come let us in. I even called the emergency 24 hour phone number with no answer. Finally the host called back & said they were 30 minutes away but they would come let us in. Because of being kicked out our plans that evening had to be cancelled. Very unfortunate. Also when we arrived the water was off with no instructions on how to turn it on. We figured it out on our own. The AC was controlled by the host or someone else & it kept returning to 78-79 inside. Luckily there were fans. But the remotes for all the fans didn’t work. I hope the host can get these things fixed so they can get a better review.

Overall nice place

I want to give this place an amazing recommendation because everything was beautiful -even nicer than the pictures. We were there for my daughter’s World Series- Just my daughter and I. We ended up leaving a day early. Everything was fine until Friday night when we were locked out of the room for four hours. The keypad battery died so unfortunately after an entire day of playing ball in the sun, we were locked out of our room until help could arrive. After the very nice lady showed up to assist she couldn’t access the place either. She then called a locksmith so we had to wait even longer and we didn’t have access to our room until around 11 o’clock at night. I was told we would be reimbursed for the problems and that it would be Worth it for the trouble that we had but so far have heard nothing about how that’s going to be done. The main issue I had besides being locked out of the room was that No one answered the phone number that was given when we called from two different phones. I understand there was An issue with service in that area. Our entire team was experiencing the same problems. There were responses to our messages although delayed. I just think you shouldn’t have a electronic keypad that’s battery operated if this is a possibility without giving someone access who can actually help without having to call a locksmith. If am reimbursed for the trouble- I would give this place a 10/10 because other than that aggravation everything Was amazing.

Wonderful!

We stayed 3 nights for the July 4th weekend. The condo was clean and easy to access. Everything was great for our family of 5 and we had no trouble with parking! Would rent again.

Weekend get away

We stayed Thursday -Sunday. Very clean property. Parking could be a little better you are not allowed to park by the fence you have to park in a small lot, up above or if you are lucky you can park diagonally in the lot but once the cars are there they don’t seem to move. All in all was a good time and nice place to stay.

Great holiday weekend

We originally picked this property to stay close to our son and daughter-in-law. We absolutely love this unit!! So cute and so clean! We would love to stay in this unit again.
