Fabulous Lakefront Condo w/Great View & Location

Spring is the perfect time for a lake getaway! It's a great time to fish, hike and bird watch too.
This condo is quiet, cozy, and relaxing, and close to restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, wineries, and caves to explore.

The super clean condo has an open concept living area with modern decor, including a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, 50” flat screen tv, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a king size bed with a Serta iComfort memory foam mattress and a large flat screen tv.

Relax after a fun day with a great view of the main channel while you barbecue on the private deck with a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture. For those relaxing nights, we have cable TV, a DVD player, and games.

This 2nd floor condo is in the building right next to the large outdoor pool. The newly reconditioned pool has a great view of the main channel, shade tables and lounge chairs. The resort also has an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits and playground area. The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore.

If you are bringing a boat, we have slips available for rent. There is a free boat ramp on site with nearby off-site trailer parking.

If your dates are not available, or if you need an additional nearby condo for friends or other family members, we invite you look at our other one bedroom condo two buildings away at VRBO 1020298.

The property is at Southwood Shores Resort off Highway HH (Horseshoe Bend). A convenience store with deli, liquor, and groceries is within walking distance. The Lakes best restaurants and golf are located just down the street. Also close by is entertainment at “the strip," by the dam, boat rentals, wineries, boutique shopping, trails, go-karts, and putt-putt.

Because this condo is not operated by a property management company, I will personally communicate with you and take pride in providing the best service possible during your stay. This condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway, a romantic weekend, a girls trip, a convention vendor/goer, golfers, bike enthusiasts, or Calo parents.

Little hickup to start as entry code for door was night right. Slight delay getting in. Unit was nice, clean and has a great location. Watch tge steps at night as it is very dark. Weather was great. Food recommendations were good. Nice indoor pool and hot tub for the winter. A welcome, snack package was waiting upon arrival. Very thoughtful. Price was really good too. Pleased with our stay

We loved everything about this condo! The view, the location, the privacy! It’s close to many of the most popular restaurant and attractions on the lake! It has a beautiful view of the main channel and nice spacious deck with comfy furniture to relax on! Inside the condo was probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed and it’s warm and cozy and inviting! The host are hands down some of the best we have ever worked with and took great care of us with anything we needed! Highly recommend to all! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

This rental by far exceeded our expectations at the lake. We have looked for decades for the perfect rental and we finally found the one we will go back to time and again. Michelle and Ron were wonderful hosts and the check-in process was so easy. The updated condo was so beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with every tool and pot imaginable for us to use. The bed was so comfortable and a king size bed is always a must for us. I truly can't say enough good things about our latest trip to the lake. Clean place , only a couple mins from places to eat, get gas and whatever else you’ll need. Ramp on property was a definite plus if you plan on bringing a boat

Small but Mighty

Great lil place for a couple. Kitchen was large and greatly stocked even with a goodie basket! Loved the tall outdoor seating to see over railing and enjoy the boats right on the water. Very nicely updated, great water pressure, and loved having a full length mirror.

We chose this condo for its location, view, cleanliness, and coziness. It's a very popular area of the lake, in a cove with a fabulous view of the main channel. It's the perfect pick for both first timers and experienced Lake of the Ozark vacationers. Even in the winter it is a great spot to getaway. There are many restaurants open and the resort indoor pool and hot tub are very nice!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Right next to a super nice outdoor pool with a fabulous view. Our deck also has a great view and is very comfortable for chilling out, coffee in the morning, and for playing games.
