The property was exactly as the photos. It was absolutely beautiful central location downtown Haines close to everything. I would absolutely stay there again well worth the money.

Phenomenon location. Exceptionally well stocked home. Beautiful Decour. Comfortable. Excellent guest services. Incredibly comfortable bedding. Fantastic stay!!

Gathering Place

This Tower is great. It is very equipped for cooking, sleeping comfotably, lounging, watching the mountains and waking the town. I recommend it highly for all!

Love haines

Lovely property with mountain view from the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. Loved that the bathroom had a separate room for the toilet. Beds were comfortable and space was very clean. Within walking distance to everything in downtown Haines!! Would stay again

Too short!

We were just able to stay one night in the lovely Chilkat towers, but will eagerly return in the future! Such a beautiful space and so roomy! Everything listed was perfectly accurate and they provide everything necessary for an effortless visit. We can’t wait to return and have a longer stay, Haines is a beautiful town and the Chilkat Towers is right in the heart of it so exploring by foot, bike or car is so easy.

Heavenly Haines Haven!

Overall, we found Chilkat Towers an impeccable residence for our family of four. When we had guests (our adult daughter and her husband) visit, provisions (plates, glassware and utensils) were still sufficient for one meal. The staples available for cooking, laundry and bathing were a real trove. Cleaning supplies were also abundant. It appeared prior guess bequeathed there remainders for the good of future guests which was an unexpected pay-it-forward kind of surprise. There were few problematic items - a weak spot in the subfloor at the threshold into the kitchen from the great room space and charging devices from some power outlets seemed inoperable (TBT, that could have been our cables!). We found WiFi and TV adequate except when the Cruise Ship was in port - quality of service was seriously degraded - for wireless service as well. We were in the middle floor and experienced a bit of a thermal chimney effect limiting our ability to cool off the premises at night; admittedly, during our stay temperatures reached >70°F and with clear skies, Sun shine heat was unyielding. The numerous ceiling fans helped to at least move the air around. The only bathroom was nicely setup and towels and sundries were luxurious. We struggled with the ventilation fan and were never really sure we got it to operate correctly if at all. The windows were of the sash type and only the lower window opened which did little to help alleviate the steamy cloud from showers. TBH, that was a nit. 5*s!
