There were shops close by. The air conditioning works fabulous. Frank is awesome. House is beautiful and spacious. Grilling outdoors was great. Beautiful.

A darling place!

5 stars all the way around! We don’t have a bad thing to say about our stay! Frank did a great job communicating and making sure we had everything we needed for our visit. House was very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay again!

Home away from Home

Everything you need is in the house. Its confortable and beautiful. This is our 2nd stay, but not our last. We will be back.

Mr. Frank is a great host. Always accommodating. The house is spacious and very nice. The 6 pack of cokes is a great touch. We have stayed in this home the last three times we visited family in Winnsboro and have be satisfied. We will be back.

Winnsboro Rodeo stay

We had ten extended family members stay here for the rodeo. It’s a charming home with ample space for us to spread out. There is an additional room in the back of the house that we thought at first was a screened in porch but discovered it was air conditioned bonus room with outdoor seating and toys for the kids.

Lovely house in Winnsboro

We (my mother, daughter and myself) rented this house to when visiting family in the area. Accommodated our family so nicely. This is a lovely property with all the bells and whistles. We will definitely rent again when coming back. Everything was perfect and we all slept so well in the comfortables beds. Thanks again and we will be back soon!

Host was super prompt responding to messages. The wife was disappointed that there was no TV but that was my fault not the host as I did not notice that. The shower was very small and was only available in one bathroom as the other had only a tub. My wife loved the decor of the kitchen which was Coca Cola motif. Very comfortable King sized bed. I slept very well indeed. I loved the central location and it worked out very well for our needs.

Hi. Your wife will be happy to know that we have installed another shower in the other bathroom. So now both bathrooms have a shower and one has a bathtub.

Room for all

We like the size of the bedrooms, the middle bedroom with the bunk bed was crowded. Maybe a twin bed in place of the bunk bed and a tall dresser in the space of the crib. The bathroom and the sink near the kitchen need upgrade. Add a shower and fix metal stopper for sink for better drainage.The kitchen, living and dining room were nice sizes. We love the porch, very charming. The stay was overall very nice.
