One bedroom ground floor condo unit with parking. Kitchen living room combination with a separate bedroom. OCEAN is right across the street. Fully furnished and comes with Coffee station, linens, functional kitchen including pots, pans, dishes. One mile to the center of town, you can walk or take a shuttle bus that stops in front of complex.
The condo is clean but not updated. TV Cable and internet connection. No frills but has all you need. Separate bedroom with a queen size bed. One parking space.

Great location!
The unit was in a quiet complex, right on the bus route, and across the street from the ocean. Huge plusses! The unit was well stocked, and a basket of packaged snacks was even provided. The snacks came in handy on our hikes. We really enjoyed the private deck that overlooked a beautiful flower garden. Furnishings and appliances are a bit worn and dated, and I am not a fan of carpet at a beach house., but not a big deal. The air conditioning was much appreciated on a very hot weekend!

A very nice small condo with a nice location on the outskirts of town, but within walking distance.
Nice Condo complex and small condo. 1 bedroom, bath livingroom open to a small kitchen. Had everything I needed. Easy access and responsive renter who answered my question promptly. I do recommend this unit. It is within walking distance to the heart of Ptown, but not for those who aren't able to walk very well. The ocean just across the street from the complex. Very relaxing.

Lived in Provincetown since 2001 and I own an Antiques shop in the center of town near Town Hall on Commercial St. I bought the condo as I have friends that live there and prefer the quiet of being just outside the busy downtown area during season

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Bay Colony Condos is a very nice well run complex in the East End of Provincetown. It is a nice one mile stroll through the GAllery District into town. A shuttle bus stops in front of the complex on a regular basis if you do not want the walk. There are peaks of the ocean from the unit with the beach and ocean across the street. A nice play to avoid the crazy cluster of people in town but still be close.
