Le sol a été entièrement remplacé par du vinyle dans tous les logements. Finie la moquette. Très propre et confortable !

Mon appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée, sans escalier à monter, ce qui le rend idéal pour les enfants ou les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Un patio privé pour faire des barbecues dans l'appartement d'angle, très intime. 1 chambre parentale et une chambre d'amis avec une salle de bains séparée. Grand salon familial, coin repas et cuisine entièrement rénovée, etc. Lave-linge et sèche-linge dans l'appartement. Environ 1 100 pieds carrés. Canapé-lit gigogne supplémentaire. Nous mettons également à votre disposition un tatami si vous avez besoin d’une surface dure ou si vous souhaitez l’utiliser comme nappe pour votre bébé.

L’hôtel Hyatt se trouve dans la rue voisine, à environ 3 à 5 minutes à pied, à une rue de là ;

Le centre commercial Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, avec son cinéma IMAX, ainsi que des restaurants, des pubs et un parc aux alentours. À environ 5 minutes à pied, deux rues plus loin. Des magasins tels que Macy’s, Nordstrom, Microsoft Store, Apple Store, Amazon Store, Disney Store, etc.

Le centre de transport de Bellevue vous permet de vous rendre en bus où vous le souhaitez. Situé au croisement de la 8e rue et de la 108e rue. Environ 12 à 15 minutes.

The place is in a spot that is normally pretty hard to find, but the directions given made it easy. Everything was beautiful inside, and a whole LOT of soaps were available! 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 couches, it can fit so much, and is RIGHT next to the Bellevue convention centers. Amazing!

Very clean and up-to-date, as stated. There was a communication breakdown that may have been a misunderstanding on my behalf, but when looking at the property, I viewed it as a private pool in the backyard of the rental. It is a community pool. This may need to be made more clear to future prospects, it is right next to a main road, which can be a little loud at night, but we also come from a very rural area, so noise sensory could be a bigger deal to myself than the average person that lives in the city. Everything was very well kept and clean. Slightly overpriced for what we got, but I wouldn’t be opposed to staying again. Communication was very fast and effective with property owner, and easy check in and directions to establishment.

The pool and spa are clearly described as this is a condo in a community. Only single family has its a private pool in the backyard unfortunately. Guests may confused with other properties while confused with mine. 😂😇😅

Beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood

This place was very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood but very close to shops and restaurant. The en suite master was amazing with the walk-in closet. Host was super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We would definitely stay at this home again. The location was great. It was minutes from Bellsquare, grocery stores, coffee, restaurants and anything else you could need. The home was very well stocked, and the host was FANTASTIC. Her communication was next level.

Great home away from home

My aunt, cousins and I were in town for a funeral. Helen was available to answer all questions prior to and during our stay and made the check in process a breeze. The unit was near to a great grocery store for all of our needs and one of our family members even walked to a nearbye nail salon to have her nails done.

Lovely home centrally located

This is a lovely home right in the heart of Bellevue. We were able to walk to grocery grocery stores, museums, parks. This home is probably the best stocked of any property I have stayed in. Incredibly clean as well. We would gladly rent this property again.

Getaway to Seattle

We chose Bellevue as it was recommended by several friends and family members. It did not disappoint. The location was AWESOME!!! We felt very safe and could walk to a lot of local restaurants. Helen was a phenomenal host. She was VERY responsive. We would definitely stay again.

National Park Trip

We loved this property! Helen was so easy to work with and promptly answered any inquiries. The purpose of our trip was to visit all 3 national parks in Washington. This location was about two hours away from each of them and close to Seattle. Easy freeway access, close grocery store and restaurants if we needed and a home base for our adventures made this the perfect place to stay!

Comfortable and convenient condo

My family enjoyed our stay at this welcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo. The location is safe and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The owner, Helen, went above and beyond to answer all questions and provide information about the condo and the neighborhood. I arrived at night and checked in with ease. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation in Bellevue!

Happy Holiday stay in Downtown Bellevue

Loads of natural light streams through the windows to this roomy 2/2 living space. Comfortable living room and dining room seating for 6 adults, plus a king bed; things not often found in rentals. Some occasional sound from neighbors above noticeable but not disruptive. Very communitcative and responsive host.

Wonderful location!

Nice property and Helen was always very responsive on every question. The wood floor has bubbled in at least a few key walking places inside the condo and hopefully this will be fixed soon. It’s not terrible but it’s loud when walking on the bubbled spots and it would not be good for someone with unstable balance.
