Offering 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath. House has been completely renovated. Open concept floor plan kitchen overlooking the dining and living area, it brings family closer together every minute with love and laugh. Dining table can sit up to 8 people. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking tools and new appliances. The Living Room has a queen fold-out sleeper sofa (available upon request). Enjoy night time Netflix movie. Sitting on the front porch, you can hear the ocean wave. Relax and enjoy your getaway evening tea and morning coffee.
Kroger just 5 minute drive. Only 10 minutes away from major Galveston attractions like the Strand, Moody Gardens, and Pleasure Pier. Only 11-12 minutes away the University of Texas Medical Branch and the Ferry to Bolivar Peninsula. Geidos seafood and Joe's Crab Shack just down the street.

Very nice!
The place was very nice with many amenities. The host always answered quickly with any questions we had. Its within walking distance to the beach. One thing we really enjoyed about this house was the water hose by the front porch to rinse off all the sand. We also like the space for parking multiple cars since we had friends coming from multiple locations

This house was exactly as stated in the listing the only issue which they have no control over is the people walking by at night that are talking. It sounds like they are right by your window.

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach
It’s a well maintained property. Neighbors were pleasant. It was a quiet residential neighborhood. Well thought out and well furnished with updated decor. Parking was on the street, safe. It is close to the beach and to Kroger. An ER within walking distance. Would recommend.

The property is new and spacious.
We enjoyed the stay. The house is new and spacious. The guest bed room is equipped with four very sturdy beds. The kitchen and dining area is open with decent design, good for bigger family having dinner together. The owner replied to my messages instantly. Overall, it is great experience. We will come back.

Exactly what we needed.
Le was an excellent host. When our family requested to lower the AC because we weren’t used to the humidity he graciously obliged. House was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, like new, close to Seawall 🏖🐬🦀
We were pleasantly surprised to find the interior of this home immaculately clean and practically brand new. It was a great location for our family of 8 with enough beds for all 6 kids in the second bedroom. Everything was well stocked - plenty of dishes and utensils, towels, tp, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap, etc. Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K-cups available, sugar, sweeteners, and powdered creamer. Great A/C and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living spaces. The owner communicated well and replied promptly to our questions. Very short walk to the Seawall, only about 2 blocks. Highly recommend!

Would Stay Again
This is such a great find with enough room for everyone and everything, walking distance to the beach! Le is quick to respond and it’s a quick keyless entry. The home is beautifully updated with a great AC and does have a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two showers, and two toilets. One of the twin beds had a trundle bed underneath and the bunk bed is a twin over a full. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a queen bed. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, linens, and the basics; Kitchen had all the serving ware/plates/utensils. Great space for what we needed. Would definitely rent again!
