Beautifully landscaped and sitting atop a gentle hill in the eastern suburbs of the city of Atlanta, this newly renovated home features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master suite is extremely spacious featuring a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Of the other three bedrooms, two have queen size beds and one has a king. This home has enough space for you and your family! Brand new flooring is running throughout the entire home, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Pots, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and any other kitchen needs are accounted for. Enjoy quality time with your family in the brand new game room. Along with board games, the professional pool/billards and ping-pong tables will bring many laughs and smiles to you and your group. For some fresh air, there is even a basketball ball hoop outside for a round of 1on1. And that’s not all! Sit back and relax on the beautiful wraparound front porch with rocking chairs or the backyard tripple deck, one of which is 65ft. Underwhelming
Our experience renting this property was underwhelming. Though the outdoor areas of the property are lovely - well landscaped yard, nice porch, deck, seating area and hot tub - indoors wasn’t great. The listing claims to be freshly renovated but does not appear to be at all. The property was not very clean with a poor attention to detail. (False fingernails found on the floors, dirt and grime in corners and tacked up laminated signs reminding us not to smoke and to not flush things down the toilet) The owner has forgotten that we were checking in despite booking a couple of months in advance. There weren’t enough towels, there were missing remote controls, broken soap dispensers, not enough bedding. Sheets provided but no quilts for example. The owner was quick to respond, but very short with us. Asked us if we wanted to leave rather than try to help to fix the issues, though they did bring towels. I have rented many properties through VRBO and other sites and this one was disappointing.
