This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.
A mandatory $25.00 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) This was our 2nd time staying in this room, was very clean and view from balcony was great! Highly recommend this room and property. A/C had a drain pipe so don’t need to worry about emptying out a drip pan, couches were comfortable and bedroom had a ceiling to help keep you cool!

The View was great ,we didn't care for the late check in 4;00 PM ,the Sofa should have been cleaner ,Overall nice stay gave us a parking space far from main entrance to Building C ,no luggage racks,never called once to see how stay was going !

Due to Covid-19, we have had to change checkout and check-in times to give the housekeeping staff enough time to do a thorough clean and give the home some rest time between guests.
