Le meilleur de Kihei Akahi - Unité calme au 3ème étage dans le bâtiment C avec vue sur le mont. Haleakala et le jardin de la véranda. Traversez la rue jusqu'à Kamaole Beach Park II pour une excellente baignade, la plongée en apnée avec des tortues de mer occasionnelles ou une promenade sur la plage. Il y a deux piscines sur place, deux aires de barbecue, un court de tennis (raquettes et balles disponibles à emprunter au bureau), et le terrain est un jardin botanique avec des fleurs abondantes et des arbres fruitiers.

Ce condo d'une chambre / une salle de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit dans le salon climatisé. Le salon s'ouvre sur une véranda avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, le jardin et la montagne. En hiver, surveillez les baleines à bosse qui se brisent et jaillissent en passant.

La cuisine et la salle de bain ont été rénovées en 2008. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin. La laveuse / sécheuse intégrée est pratique pour laver les serviettes de plage ou les vêtements. L'unité est également approvisionnée en fournitures de plage (chaises, parasol, serviettes, planche de bodyboard, glacière, jouets de sable, etc.), guides, romans, jeux, etc. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi privée dans le condo ainsi qu'une télévision et un lecteur DVD pour le divertissement dans l'unité.

Location was perfect. We were there right after all of the flooding and the road was damaged but did not affect our stay at all. Our host was always responsive and made sure we were comfortable! Would surely stay again.:)

Great stay in beach side Condo

Had a great stay at this condo, perfectly located in front of Kamaole II beach. The complex has a BBQ area, pool, and tennis courts, great for families!

Overall the stay was amazing. I will be booking this place again! Bed was comfy, plenty of fans provided so I didn’t use the AC, and beach essentials! The lanai was perfect too overlooking the garden.

When we booked the Vrbo we did so with the information of items that were supplied and one was toilet paper, nothing mentioned of a starter packet which we found out later when we were running low while in Maui. Also, when prepping for a the renter make sure everything works properly, the toilet seat was loose a BIG miss. And if ants are prevalent, be sure to have things out to help prevent, we had them crawling in kitchen and bathroom upon arrival. Lastly, get new pillows, the ones that were supplied were unable to be fluffed and the bedspread and shams coverings need replacing…they were dingy. After awhile things need replacing for comfort and cleanliness.

Excellent location, minutes walk across monitored cross walk to beach, restaurants, dive shops. Short drive to amazing snorkeling. Beautiful grounds, friendly helpful staff. Well equipped for cooking, relaxing, including beach chairs, etc. Will book again.

Great stay for a family

Staying in Condo C311 was very convenient. Safe and calm area, two pools which the kids enjoyed very much and walking distance to the beach. Everything as described in the listing and the kids could sleep well on the sofabed. However for adults it might not be stable enough.

It was the perfect location

The condo grounds are beautiful. The condo matches the pictures, was clean and plenty of space for two. Loved the balcony and being able to walk to the beach for a daily swim. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of beach paraphernalia. You can walk to everything you would need. Perfect for us, thank you

Business and pleasure

This spot was perfect for our visit. Excellent location by Kam II in Kihei. The property is well-kept, and the condo met our needs. Many, many more pluses than minuses. Only two minuses are that the A/C doesn't really get into the bedroom, but there were 4 fans in the bedroom that did help keep the room cool for sleeping; and then also the dishwasher was not in working order, but we didn't really care about that. Overall, very pleasant stay!

Nice host, place, and location

The place and the location are very nice and convenient. Natalie, who manages the property, is the best! She replies promptly and does her best to accommodate all reasonable requests. We were able to extend our stay at a short notice. Kitchen is well equipped. There are lots of towels. There are two beach chairs and other equipment. The air conditioner in the living room and a fan on the ceiling in the bedroom help to feel comfortable.

Great Location!

We stayed here for the week and it was an amazing location. Central to everything. Lots of things walkable including many beaches. The grounds are very clean and both pools are nice. Nothing extravagant but does the trick for early morning swims before the day. The unit had some things (2 beach chairs, some umbrellas, a few toys, a couple snorkel equipment) which was nice. The unit is nice and clean. One suggestion would be to get more pillows (maybe fluffier ones too) and maybe a wagon to take the beach things. Another suggestion would be a scrubber/sponge to clean the dishes. They provided a few garbage bags and toilet paper but if there was more people staying it wouldn’t have been enough for the week. The host was responsive before the stay even happened but we didn’t need to reach them during the stay but I imagine it wouldn’t have been an issue. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
