Step across the street and enjoy Kamaole Beach Park II, one of Maui’s best swimming and stunning beaches. Revel in the spectacular sunsets or stroll along miles of white sandy beach at “first light.” Kihei Akahi is ideally situated and offers excellent value. Vacation condos include studios and one and two-bedroom units, each with a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

* The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. Please contact Vacasa for additional information.
**Property Note** There are ongoing renovations in the unit above from now until 11/10/2025. There may be some noise during the day, Monday - Saturday.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A great base to discover Maui

The apartment was conveniently located and very comfortable. Communication with the host went smoothly and we were even allowed to check in early. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a good place for a couple to stay in Maui.

Not getting the door combination until the last possible moment was nerve wracking! Was worried about flight delays and possibly arriving after the office was closed. I do not have internet or a smartphone, so had to make a trip after 10 pm local time on the night before departure to read my email.

Great location

Clean. Just enough space. Plenary of cooking utensils. Space is small but usable. Location is perfect if you don’t want to go far for water. Kihei usually has the most sun. Sometimes can get windy in the afternoons, but still, good location. Not far from good food. Short drive gets you to paia fish market, ohana bar, nalu, and many more. Short walk to Fred’s or mooses. Central to the other fun trips on the island. The boat to molokini crater is close by.

The condo was very clean, very convenient to the beach, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Good location.

Nice location close to beach , restaurants, and grocery store. Kitchen had all we needed . Worked well for us for our stay on Maui
