La maison est d'environ 1500 pieds carrés, située sur 10 acres de pâturages et de bois. Décoré avec soin pour notre famille - accueillant; semble comme à la maison. Armoires et garnitures en pin noueux avec planchers en bois et moquette. Magnifique; vue privée sur les montagnes, (altitude 7700). Très paisible et un peu isolé. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages: nous voyons des wapitis, des cerfs et des dindes sur la propriété, et nous avons entendu des lions de montagne et vu des traces d'ours. En saison, nous avons plusieurs variétés de colibris en visite. Apportez vos 4 roues, vélos, ciel, chevaux etc: pâturage pour vos chevaux et équitation disponibles sur place. En hiver, il y a un domaine skiable à proximité (5 miles); patinage sur glace dans le village; tubes et collines de luge sur la propriété. Ruidoso et White Sands sont à environ 65 km. Des cartes de sentiers pour la randonnée et l'équitation dans les environs, y compris des cartes de la forêt nationale de Lincoln sont disponibles. Restaurant et guide shopping dans le village (Cloudcroft à 11 km). Terrain de golf disponible au Lodge, super restaurant!

Quick Getaway To Nature

Ran to the mountains for a quick long weekend and found a vacation in nature that recharged our batteries. Close to national monuments and an overall charming town. The cabin is as advertised and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

The cabin was cozy and it was well equipped. The live Christmas tree and fireplace made it look so beautiful and like a Christmas card!The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was freezing because there's no central heating in there, but they have a portable heater and extra blankets. The room took a while to warm up. We were not able to take advantage of the zip line because it was pretty rusted. Overall, I recommend this cabin!

Little Piece of Heaven!

We absolutely love staying here! It is perfectly located and we love the space for the kids to play and enjoy! We love getting to see all of the wildlife and enjoy the home feeling of the cabin! The Armstrong’s are great hosts and are always quick to respond! I recommend if you and your family or friends are looking for a get away l, this is the place to go!
