Completely remodeled and furnished in 2021, this condo has all the amenities including custom cabinets, wide plank oak flooring, designer-picked furniture, and art. - The complex, appropriately named Lae Nani, meaning "beautiful face", boasts abundant tropical foliage and is nestled on the coast of Kauai's Wailua Bay. Wailua Bay is one of the most sacred places on the island and the ancestral home of the Hawaiian Royals. The stone remains of a sacred temple, known as a "heiau”, sit on the edge of this property, along the coast, and is still visited and used by local Hawaiians today.
- Lae Nani has a private gated parking lot, a tennis court, a heated saltwater pool, gas grills, a beach, Keiki (children's) pool, fish, turtles, good snorkeling, and the occasional "endangered" native monk seal.
- Lae Nani is located on the east shore in the town of Kapa’a. Kapa'a is centrally located on the island putting everything within easy driving distance, including the airport which is only 10-minutes away. In short, everything you need for a perfect getaway to paradise!

This condo does Not have A/C - We rely on the Tradewind and ceiling fans to provide cool breezes throughout the apartment. The jalousie windows in the bedrooms as well as in the ocean-facing living room can be opened to allow for the flow of air. Kauai is in the tropics, and it does get warm in the summer, but we have never felt A/C was necessary and would detract from the Hawaiian experience as well as the island's sweet scent of plumeria.
