Oceanfront A / C 2 chambres 2 salles de bain Récemment acheté, (nous avons échangé) Oceanfront TrÚs grand rez-de-chaussée) Unité de 2 chambres. 2 salles de bains, planchers de tuiles, douches de tuiles, comptoirs et bar en granit, nouveau lit king et lit queen confortables, armoires en bois et beaux meubles de l'ßle. Equipé de tous les nouveaux draps serviettes de plage et de bain, articles de cuisine et de plage. Plage de plongée avec tuba à seulement 100 mÚtres Grande baignade, plongée en apnée et observation des tortues!

C'est l'endroit idéal pour appeler le port d'attache pour toutes vos aventures sur l'ßle. Rentrez à la maison regarder le coucher du soleil, marchez jusqu'aux magasins de Kukuiula * (1,5 pùtés de maisons) pour de nombreux choix de restaurants, divertissements en plein air, etc. 30 h, produits locaux frais et merveilleux produits locaux.

It was a well maintained property with a great direct ocean view. The place was thoughtfully and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay! It was literally next door to The Beachouse restaurant which a great place for a nice dinner. Would highly recommend!

This is our second stay at this condo and it was even better than the first as we spent more time there just relaxing. It’s a great place to stay with great views and just a short drive to many good restaurants. Greg is a great host.

Incredible view right on the ocean and comfortable beds! Greg was very responsive to all our questions and gave us great recommendations for activities and local restaurants. One of the closets was well stocked with all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards and more!) we would definitely come back to stay here!

This condo was so amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect! We loved the oceanfront. It was peaceful and relaxing. We can not wait to stay here again. We would definitely want to stay in the same condo. The manager Greg was so helpful and responded in a quick manner. If your wondering if you should book this condo... do it! You will not regret it! Was extremely humid in bedroom. So everything was damp. The large bedroom was great. Small one not so much. There was nowhere to put our clothes- lived out of our suitcase for 10 days! Need a dresser !

VIEWS
LOCATION
VIEWS!!! This condo is perfectly situated along the south shores in Kƍloa. We had the option of getting a condo on the top floor with a balcony and I’m so glad we chose Greg’s condo on the bottom floor instead. There was nothing like opening the door and walking out to the view, the turtles, the surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Stunningly beautiful! It was a little noisy when there were people in the unit above us, the toilet flushing by them sounded like it was above your head coming through the ceiling. The sofa is not the one in the photo, it wasn’t comfortable and had a thick foam piece that isn’t covered. The minor inconveniences are far overshadowed by the beautiful location and views. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the island next!

Great location! Clean. Owner was very responsive with his messages. Laundry on each floor of the complex has change machine, need quarters. Beds were very comfortable. Keyless entry, so no need to worry about keys. Air conditioning was very nice. I look forward to another stay here

The condo was in a perfect location and we loved being able to walk out the sliding door to the green grass and water. Greg was very easy to communicate with and gave us great information regarding activities and restaurant recommendations before our arrival. Would definitely come back!

This is the best place to stay if you want to stay near Lawai. The view is amazing and you are steps from the ocean. The unit is beutiful, spacious and very comfy.

The view from this property is unmatched. Truly amazing. However the furniture represented in the pictures, specifically outside, is not what is currently there. We had one wood chaise lounge with no cushion (making it unusable) and four solid wood chairs that were extremely uncomfortable with no back cushions and ill-fitting seat cushions. These were likely chosen for durability with the sea air but were extremely uncomfortable. We opted to just use the Tommy Bahama chairs that came with the unit to sit outside instead. The unit is very well stocked with anything you might need, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs. The couch in the unit has also been updated from the pictures and is really awkward to sit on (hard to explain how; you’d just have to experience it). Overall, a good unit. Pictures should be updated to accurately reflect what is currently there, and I would recommend new outdoor furniture or at least invest in cushions for comfort (and for the chaise lounge to be usable).

This is a nice condo in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches. The a/c works great and the beds were super comfortable. But the best thing is the million dollar views!

We have been coming to Hawaii for 20 years and have visited most of the islands. Kauai is our favorite island. Our son and daughter-in-law got engaged here and ultimately decided to move here from the San Francisco Bay area. So, after we retired, we decided to invest in this elegant 2 BR, 2 BA condo with its expansive ocean views. It has everything for an awesome vacation!

This #110 condo in the Kuhio Shores complex is in a perfect location. Walk out the door of this ground floor unit, onto manicured grass, and directly on to the ocean and two small beaches. Poipu Beach (ranked best beach in America by the Travel Channel) is a short stroll away The renowned Beach House restaurant ***** (ranked as one of the most romantic restaurants in Hawaii by the Travel Network) is adjacent to the complex. Also, an outdoor mall only 2 blocks away, has many restaurants and shopping. Newly remodeled and redecorated, this no-smoking unit has NEW CENTRAL A/C, an exceptionally equipped kitchen, granite counters, all new stainless-steel appliances, tile floors, and a barbecue area provided by the Kuhio Shores complex. Don’t forget to look for the sea turtles and whales!!
