Sven's Castle Games 5 miles to downtown ATX

Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath private entry guest suite 5 miles East of Downtown. (2) queen over queen beds, (1) king bed, (1) sofa, (1) folding desks, (2) adjustable desk/kitchen tables, (1) 50" & (2) 32" LED's all with prime and HDTV. 1000 MBPS Fiber private router/Wi-Fi/ethernet. Refrigerator, Dual induction burner, Toaster, Coffee setup and utensils.

Any refundable amount, we will deduct a 5% transaction fee.

Due to COVID19, we want to confirm our standard cleaning process for guests:
- We clean with windex and clorox
- Comforter's are laundered between every stay (as are all linens/towels)
- All surfaces are wiped down (fridge, microwave, table, light switches, etc.)
- Alcohol wipes provided for extra peace of mind

Your guest suite is the door behind the blue Adirondack chairs, which are in front of a red facade. There’s a sign that says Sven’s Castle. Please only park on the right side of driveway.

JD’s market has great necessities and amazing tacos. Riverside Drive is filled with convenience shopping.

Rideshare can range from $8-16 in and around downtown. I enjoy riding 16 miles round trip from house to Mopac along Lady Bird Lake🚴‍♂️

The guest suite is totally private, the three shared doors can only be mechanically unlocked from your side.

If you have a service animal or emotional support animal:
Do you require your animal because of a disability?
What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

Otherwise provide your dogs breed, weight, quantity for pre-approval. $75 flat fee per pet per reservation, with additional cleaning if applicable.
