We welcome you to a slice of paradise at Sunset Beach , NC!!!
Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath Ground Floor Condo Unit 30A in lwonderful Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay.
The condo has 3 Beautiful furnished bedrooms with 2 full baths and sleeps .
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet with
private bath and access to screened in balcony with breathtaking views of the water and golf course.
The main living room has picture window overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and comfortable sitting area to dine in comfort in the condo.

The living area has flat screen TV with “Fire stick”
You can walk out on your screened deck with cup of coffee in hand and enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course. At night there re break taking Sunset views which are a must to see.
For your convenience, bed linens, and bath towels are included with your rental. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

Local amenities include two swimming pools, with outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, and outdoor grill. There are over 30 golf courses within 20 minutes of the Condo.

The most beautiful Sunset Beach has miles of white sand beaches are just 3 miles away and includes handicap access.

Sunset Beach and the surrounding areas have great local dining with incredible seafood and wonderful shopping .
You are only 40 minutes away to Myrtle Beach.

Several things need to be fixed- freezer door, cookie sheets need to be thrown out, pictures of the wall or crooked, threshold in screened porch needs to be fixed. Mattresses are hard. Furniture worn.

Lovely & Clean

Theres nothing bad or negative any of us could say about this stay! We absolutely loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet , even on the 4th! The host Joe, was awesome with communicating with me. The condo was very clean & well supplied. We are already planning our next trip there! Very close to Sunset & Ocean Isle beaches. The pools were very nice as well.

Great get away

Lovely property located conveniently close to the beach and a walk away to an awesome pool. Joe was accommodating and quick with communication. Check out was a breeze and condo was spacious. Would stay again.

Two week summer stay

Enjoyed property great for level walking seeing wildlife and proximity to beaches golf courses and restaurants. We were able to visit little river north myrtle ocean isle and calabash with short travel.
