Welcome to "Willow Way". This 3 bedroom/2 bath ground level condo in the Sandpiper Bay Golf community is a picture perfect retreat. The condo is decorated immaculately with a combination of elegant classic furnishings and coastal decor. It is smoke-free and PET FRIENDLY so you may bring your pet along on vacation.. The condo features an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas and access to a screened porch area. The screened porch is the perfect place to unwind and take in the interior lake/fountain view and lovely willow tree bordering the bank behind the condo. The living room has a 65" large screen television, comfy leather sofa and two leather recliners perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or golf course. The bedrooms are configured with a king bed 4-poster bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in both the second bedroom and third bedrooms. There are large screen flat panel televisions mounted to the wall in all three bedrooms.. The kitchen is well-stocked with all appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. Small appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and toaster are also included. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with full-sized washer/dryer. Located only minutes from lovely Sunset Beach and a multitude of area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Community outdoor pools, hot tub, charcoal grills and picnic tables are located throughout the condo complex. Complimentary linens, towels and departure maid service are included.with guest rentals.

Nice rental

The property was nice and located conveniently to the pool/hot tub. Had to deal with small ants inside around baseboards and on kitchen countertop.
