Cottonwood Canyons are a short 10 minute drive for accessing all 4 ski resorts and endless year-round mountain recreation. Freeway access is just 3 minute drive in all directions in Salt Lake valley. This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500.
