Centre commercial animé et restaurants et épiceries haut de gamme dans la région. Cette maison de ville est à flanc de montagne, derriÚre une berge, un environnement trÚs sûr, calme et propre avec la meilleure qualité d'air. Le premier étage est un spa de massage professionnel et un garage pouvant garer deux voitures pour les clients, le deuxiÚme étage est une cuisine moderne et un salon spacieux, le troisiÚme étage est une chambre principale et deux chambres.
Cette maison de ville entiÚre a 5 unités, chaque unité a son propre systÚme de chauffage et de climatisation, l'air ne circulant que dans sa propre unité.

The unit is fairly new and very clean, and the furnishings are nice. The host was very responsive. It was great to have a secure garage. Please be aware of two things. First, if you have a large vehicle, it may not fit in the garage. Our 2014 F-150 quad-cab with a short bed only had about three inches to spare front to back. Second, the unit is close to the light rail line and we could sometimes hear the trains when they passed. It wasn’t a problem for us, but light sleepers should be aware. With that said, we would stay in the unit again.

This was a wonderful property to spend the weekend in. Close to everything and an absolutely beautiful property. The garage was a nice bonus with all the rain we experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo worked perfectly for our week in Draper.The unit was very clean upon arrival. Additionally, the beds are super comfortable, there are plenty of plates, pots/pans. It was very nice having a garage for our rental car. As mentioned in a few other reviews, there are ALOT of stairs. The garage is on the first level, kitchen/living room on 2nd level and bedrooms on 3rd level. You are toting your suitcases up 3 levels since there's no elevator. It was fine for us- but anyone with bad knees might think twice.

Great Condo and awesome location. Very clean inside and has everything you need. Condo does have a lot of stairs so be prepared for that, otherwise it's great.

Great place to stay!

My family and I spent five nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was in a great central location for us that made our activities in both Salt Lake City and Provo easy to get to. There are a lot of restaurants in the area as well. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Fantastic Experience

The unit has everything you could want - fully stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with ample living spaces, large garage, proximate to restaurants. We used it as home base for a friends weekend of skiing and was a very convenient 25 minute drive to Snowbird/Alta. Clean, well cared for, comfortable, with absolutely no negatives. Better than advertised and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in SLC. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Weekend!

Yanhua was amazing and made our trip great! From the moment we booked, Yanhua could not have been more responsive and helpful. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. No complaints from our end and I would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay!

Beautiful condo

This rental was immaculate! The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens very high quality. The neighborhood is very quiet and there’s a beautiful quilting lodge across the street. But if you plan to do any cooking be sure to bring everything with you. There are no staples other than a salt and pepper shaker and some sugar packets. Also no washcloths in the bathrooms. Be advised that the garage is barely big enough for a short box truck—we had to take off our hitch in order to get the door closed. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable

We always try to get this property as it is a great location for skiing, shopping and extremely comfortable beds. Always clean and well appointed it is a go to location for us when we visit Salt Lake.

We had an enjoyable time at this property. Very clean and modern with all necessary amemities. The front door is not accessible so you have to enter and exit through the garage but other than that it is a great property.

Baby Shower

My group was in town for my DIL's baby shower. We were only 2.5 miles from their home in Draper so this was a great location. House was perfect for our needs. Host responded quickly to any questions. Very nice stay!

Great views, spacious, & clean!

This property was very clean and spacious! There were 6 adults in our group, and we had plenty of room to have our own space. There were great views of the mountains, and the house overlooked SLC, which was especially pretty at night. We were near the aquarium, restaurants, movies, and about 25-30 minutes from Snowbird. Please do yourself a favor, and go to nearby Gourmandise for breakfast/brunch/dessert!! The neighborhood was quiet, other than a very loud snow plow that came through in the middle of the night, so bring ear plugs if you're traveling in the winter and are a light sleeper. The only negative is that there were no wash cloths, only towels. We didn't contact the owner though and just made do since we had a relatively short stay. Other than that, no complaints. And just to note, the house would not be accessible for a wheelchair user or anyone who cannot climb stairs (both entrances had several stairs to get inside). Overall, we really liked this house and would likely stay again.

Easy ski trip

Terrific house with abundant space at a very good price. It’s a few minutes longer to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon, though well worth it. Exceptionally comfortable, immaculate. Greatly appreciated stay.

Great house, location, and owner.

We stayed at this mountain side home while on a ski trip to utah. The owner was quick to respond to all messages left. The house is comfortable and close to grocery and food venues. We would definitely stay again if it is available in the future.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family and I needed a place to stay and host some local family for dinner. This home was a perfect venue for that. The home is very beautiful and well-furnished. Lots of space to sit and relax and talk. The kitchen has a big fridge, range, and oven. There are several bedrooms with large, warm, soft beds. We slept like babies. A great weekend!

Wedding Week

Great location for our wedding venue! It was clean, modern and updated. It was spacious and everything we needed! Loved having a garage although it was kind of a tight fit. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area for a few days. Makes you feel like you're staying in a home, not a hotel! (Only negative was the "weed" we could smell from the connected store fronts when we would walk in-that was not very pleasant!)

This property is exactly as advertised and in a great location. Plus, the beds/linens/pillows are top notch and THE BEST of any rental we've stayed in. Hotel quality. Kitchen is pretty basics and has just the essentials. Easy access to restaurants, shops and activities. Definitely would return!

Very clean

The condo was very clean with nice furniture. Easy communication with the owner. Because it is a townhome there are 3 levels so you need to walk up and down stairs often. The garage was a big bonus.
