Cette maison de ville située à Draper UT (Draper est la ville à la croissance la plus rapide de l'Utah), à 16 minutes de la station de ski Snowbird, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, à 3 minutes de l'autoroute I-15, I-80, I-215. Centre commercial animé et restaurants et épiceries haut de gamme dans la région. Cette maison de ville est à flanc de montagne, derrière une berge, un environnement très sûr, calme et propre avec la meilleure qualité d'air. Le premier étage est un spa de massage professionnel et un garage pouvant garer deux voitures pour les clients, le deuxième étage est une cuisine moderne et un salon spacieux, le troisième étage est une chambre principale et deux chambres.
Cette maison de ville entière a 5 unités, chaque unité a son propre système de chauffage et de climatisation, l'air ne circulant que dans sa propre unité.

Great property, great location
We had an enjoyable time at this property. Very clean and modern with all necessary amemities. The front door is not accessible so you have to enter and exit through the garage but other than that it is a great property.

My group was in town for my DIL's baby shower. We were only 2.5 miles from their home in Draper so this was a great location. House was perfect for our needs. Host responded quickly to any questions. Very nice stay!

Great views, spacious, & clean!
This property was very clean and spacious! There were 6 adults in our group, and we had plenty of room to have our own space. There were great views of the mountains, and the house overlooked SLC, which was especially pretty at night. We were near the aquarium, restaurants, movies, and about 25-30 minutes from Snowbird. Please do yourself a favor, and go to nearby Gourmandise for breakfast/brunch/dessert!! The neighborhood was quiet, other than a very loud snow plow that came through in the middle of the night, so bring ear plugs if you're traveling in the winter and are a light sleeper. The only negative is that there were no wash cloths, only towels. We didn't contact the owner though and just made do since we had a relatively short stay. Other than that, no complaints. And just to note, the house would not be accessible for a wheelchair user or anyone who cannot climb stairs (both entrances had several stairs to get inside). Overall, we really liked this house and would likely stay again.

Terrific house with abundant space at a very good price. It’s a few minutes longer to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon, though well worth it. Exceptionally comfortable, immaculate. Greatly appreciated stay.

This was a perfect location for proximity to little cottonwood canyon and our family that live nearby. The property was very clean and the hosts were very responsive.

This home was perfect for our groups annual ski trip. It was conveniently located half an hour to big and little cottonwood canyons and had ample space for us to wind down at the end of the day

We stayed at this mountain side home while on a ski trip to utah. The owner was quick to respond to all messages left. The house is comfortable and close to grocery and food venues. We would definitely stay again if it is available in the future.

Wonderful Place to Stay
My family and I needed a place to stay and host some local family for dinner. This home was a perfect venue for that. The home is very beautiful and well-furnished. Lots of space to sit and relax and talk. The kitchen has a big fridge, range, and oven. There are several bedrooms with large, warm, soft beds. We slept like babies. A great weekend!

Wedding Week
Great location for our wedding venue! It was clean, modern and updated. It was spacious and everything we needed! Loved having a garage although it was kind of a tight fit. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area for a few days. Makes you feel like you're staying in a home, not a hotel! (Only negative was the "weed" we could smell from the connected store fronts when we would walk in-that was not very pleasant!)

This property is exactly as advertised and in a great location. Plus, the beds/linens/pillows are top notch and THE BEST of any rental we've stayed in. Hotel quality. Kitchen is pretty basics and has just the essentials. Easy access to restaurants, shops and activities. Definitely would return!

The condo was very clean with nice furniture. Easy communication with the owner. Because it is a townhome there are 3 levels so you need to walk up and down stairs often. The garage was a big bonus.

Ski Trip to autah
The property was perfect for myself and my two young adult sons. Close proximity to ski slopes(Alta/snowbird) abd a 45 min trip to Park City. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and whatever else you could need right near the property. The accommodations were immaculate and perfect sized for all of us! We highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay here, this place has a great layout and easy to have 6 people here without ever being on top of each other. Owner was great to deal with. The beds and linens were very cozy and everything very well kept and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for commuting to Canyon
The unit was spotless. Perfect for commuting to Alta and Snowbird with plenty of food options in the evening. It took about fifteen minutes to figure out how to gain access to the unit. Lower front is retail (very quiet) and access is from the garage in the back. High quality linen and bedding. Would gladly return and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful for Ski Vacation
This property was great for my family of 4 (2 college age sons) We were in Utah to ski the week before Christmas and found the location very convenient for getting to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and even Deer Valley. The townhouse is very new, clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a large garage also. Close to busy road with lots of places to shop and eat. Highly recommend!

Great Rental in SLC Area
Needed to spend a work/personal week in Utah. Most of the rentals we found were basement units of houses but this newer townhouse rental was nice. Clean, modern space. Bedrooms have plenty of closet space, newer washer and dryer and modern AC. Plenty of room for 2 people to work during the day. Several restaurants, supermarkets amenities close by. For bikers, this is located a short pedal from the Corner Canyon trailhead + bike park. Park City is an easy, scenic drive. Having a garage for car + bikes was a plus.

Clean and comfortable space
This townhouse is very livable, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, near many stores and restaurants. It odd nice to have a garage. As long as the stairs for the three levels are not a problem for you, I recommend it.
