The place was nice, great space for my two teens and myself, and comfortable. The location was convenient to get everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The only thing I would change is having darker curtains or blinds to utilize in the master bedroom for people that are not morning people. I would definitely stay here again!!

Worked but wouldn’t stay again

We were told we could get in at a specific time, we showed up to find the cleaner still inside and on the couch. There was human hair all over the bathroom counter and pet hair all over the couch. Stains in several spots on the carpet, and the house had a very intense smell that was not pleasant. I hoping for better due to the pictures!

Wonderful

The home was so beautiful the appliances were up to date , communication was perfect and timely . I couldn’t find face towels so I ordered some than the next day I found them lol but this place was wonderful and peaceful I wanted to live here I was having trouble locking the door I wrote the owner they sent someone immediately this place gets 5 stars

Everything was fine besides the pool & the snoke detector never being changed properly

It took a while for the property manager to even have someone to replace the batteries in the smoke detector but when they did come out; the smoke detector jept going off beeping the last 2 nights which is unacceptable.

"Ooh that smell, cant you smell that smell"

The condo wasnt the cleanest, which is understandable. But the smell was nauseating and saturated everything. We had to wash clothes twice to remove it. It was very roomy. We could not use the pool due to how dirty it was. Communication with property manager was not the greatest and you may need to reach out multiple times to get a response. Finally, if you want to stay close to the parks, this property may not be what you are looking for. Be prepared to spend up to one hour, depending on traffic, driving to Disney.

Unpleasant Stay

Manager sent us wrong entry code. Place has an unusual musky odor; I have a feeling it comes from not running the AC after a steam cleaning. Pool pump has several cracks which allows water to spray everywhere and pool level goes down quickly. The worst part of our stay was that the AC wasn't working; fortunately it was cooler weather, but by our second day it was unbearable. Poor communication with the manager; I had to message and call several times to realize the AC repair was delayed, which ultimately led to us leaving early the next day and a refund on our second day.

Bad experience

Fist of all we had a emergency and was unable to travel and try to get the host to reschedule our dates. Which was a Big no we couldn't afford to lthat much money because we had booked for a week.. We were then able to get $700 back because someone booked for few days which we had booked. But we had to reschedule before we can get the credit. We were excited getting a house wia pool. The rugs in all the bedrooms has a terrible smell, it was very difficult sitting on the couch the smell was not very good. The bed on the first floor is a no. The master bedroom has deck which you cannot use. Wish they had a blackout curtains. Lets get to the pool which we nget to use because it was very dirty. This place needs some serious attention.

Property Issues

The property was somewhat disappointing for a few reasons. First the communication from the property owner prior to our arrival was not good at all. We reached out for information and got no response until they finally sent the address of the location. I had to file a complaint with VRBO to get the specific information to access the property when we arrived. The garbage disposal was disconnected so the R/H sink would hold water for extended periods of time. We were not made aware that this would be inoperable. The twin mattresses were terrible. Our son had to sleep on the sofa due to how uncomfortable they were. The hot water heater is not large enough for two people to be able to shower at one time. We had to space out our showers so we could have at least lukewarm water. All the beds had some sort of mattress cover that made a very loud noise every time you turned over, which was quite annoying while you are trying to sleep.

VERY Disappointing

We were excited when we found this listing. The condo looked great in the pictures, and the location was great, but upon arrival the reality set in. When we arrived, there were cockroaches by the patio door. We get this is Florida, but to have live roaches when the condo was supposedly just cleaned is unacceptable. None of the pillows on the bed had any pillowcases. We had to go to Walmart and purchase them. Two of the beds didn't have sheets, and the chairs all had significant stains on the seats, the carpet needs to be replaced, the washer and dryer were so moldy and disgusting we refused to wash any of our clothes in them. The bathroom had dirty towels still hanging on the towel racks. The pool and patio area were extremely dirty and the pool pump and filter were not working. There is a gaping hole in the ceiling over the patio that has obviously had work done that is just covered with a sheet of plywood screwed in. I communicated with the owner/manager and while he had the cleaning crew come back in the next morning, they only addressed the few issues I brought to his attention in our texts from our arrival night. He did provide a credit of one night (after I reminded him about it on the final night of our stay), but we were still very disgusted by the condition of the property. If we could have received a refund, we would have gladly left and found someplace else to stay. If you are considering renting this property, we recommend finding somewhere else to stay!

Don't Book!!!

We have rented in this area before and stayed in a beautiful property so thought that we would be fine to book again. Initially communication was fine, it was only as we got closer to the rental date that I noticed not very positive reviews. I contacted the agent for clarification that the issues of the smells and other things had been dealt with and didn't get a reply - which concerned me. I thought give them the benefit of the doubt. I did however have to get in touch with VRBO to get information on check in procedures, which they had to prompt the agent to respond about. Another red flag? We arrived to find the property looked dirty with stains on carpets throughout the house, mould growing around the curtains and walls in the living room. The pool area hadn't been cleaned with stains. The bed sheets hadn't been changed but the beds had been made to sleep in. Not going to sleep in them. Then the smell hit, other reviewers have written about this. Not sure what this is, but it really needs to be dealt with. We arrived late afternoon, and I messaged the agent with long paragraphs of the problems and their response was thanks for the feedback. Another red flag!! I then had to contact VRBO who said that they would look into it. I contacted my credit card company who said leave the property as it is deemed unfit, which we did. This was an extremely unsatisfactory start to a two and half week holiday. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Nice ! But would not stay again !

Overall the property was nice ! Walking in you get hit with a smell that’s unbearable. We tried to mask the smell but it kept coming back . No paper towels available, no pans for the oven , jacuzzi was green, washer has mold , and old dingy towels!

Nice place, pretty decent location.

Renting the property was a breeze, the owners were prompt with their responses. Rental was clean, location to me was pretty good since it’s not cluttered within Orlando and it’s only a short 30 min ride to the parks. Publix was nearby, as well many eating establishments. Would stay again, and more than likely will.

This home features a private dip pool, a large balcony, 3 bedrooms all come with a large ensuite bathrooms and flat screen TVs.

This two-story townhome has a stunning open-plan living area with a comfy sofa, a large flat screen TV, and sliding doors out to the private pool terrace. The modern open concept kitchen has white granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more.

On the ground level, you will find a beautiful queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and direct access to a bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. This room also provides a pack-and-play perfect for family with small children.

On the upper level you will find the large master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and a beautiful private balcony perfect for relaxing and breakfast. The master bathroom is spacious with two sinks, a large shower, and toilet.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a big tub perfect of bath-time, sink and toilet. This room also comes with the perfect reading nook for the little ones to enjoy.
