Beautiful 5 bedroom house just 2 blocks south of Central Park (formerly Stapleton)! Quick commute downtown, minutes from Anschutz Medical Campus, and 1 mile from Stanley Market. 5 bedroom with two living spaces, a huge basement and large kitchen with tons of counter space. Very kid friendly with toys, pack n plays and kids equipment. Private fenced in back yard to relax, bring your pets! You have the entire house to yourself, we rent it out while we're away.

It is a great space for families or groups of people. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (half bath in the master bedroom) and a large living area with dining room and counter bar seating around the kitchen. Tons of light coming in from the kitchen and front windows.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and half bathroom in the room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed.

Travel downstairs to the enormous basement - the same footprint as the upstairs! This house looks small from the outside but is incredibly spacious within. The basement has a full living area with TV for relaxing and a dining room table downstairs, for separate dining or for game night. Travel through the hallway to find the 2nd full bathroom with tub and shower, and 2 large bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a King size bed, and the 5th bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is also a single sleeper sofa in the downstairs basement living room and in the upstairs living room.

The yard is a large space, completely fenced in. Your (well-behaved) dogs are welcome! Sorry, no firepit useage allowed in Denver.

There is a single car garage that connects to the house, with a large driveway to park your two cars, and ample free street parking.

Perfect multi family retreat

The home was perfect for our Four-family get together. There is a big family/dining/kitchen area and many many bedrooms. There is a big backyard (which was great because we had a dog ) and the home is near many many restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping venues. There is a Washer and dryer in the Home and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Jessica, the homeowner, is available for questions and is the nicest most lovely person. You will not be disappointed.

Endless House!

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was perfect! When we pulled up the house looks a lot smaller than it is, so we all amazed at how the house continued to open up and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was easily accessible to the highway and downtown, with shopping and green space within walking distance. The yard and patio were a huge benefit for the kids and relaxing for adults in the evening. Jessica was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive to any of our questions throughout our stay.

Family Getaway

We stayed at this property as our base for a Colorado vacation. The location is good for hitting both Rocky Mountain National Park and Colorado Springs, as well as all the things to do in the Denver area. We had 11 in our group, and there was plenty of room for all. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a few minor hot water issues when using both showers at the same time. Only thing I would have liked to have had available was a long indoor table for large groups (like ours) to have a place to eat and play games together.

Fixer Upper

The house seemed very nice when entering, however, as we stayed through the week many things seem to go wrong. The cabinets were coming off in the kitchen. The upstairs bathroom door hinge came off. One of the bedroom doors had a pretty big gaping whole in it. The bathroom downstairs was leaking due to the shower upstairs (we had to place a bowl where the water was dripping from). They scheduled maintenance during our stay and this should’ve been taken care of prior or after our stay. The maintenance guy came into the home while we were away ( I gave permission) but still nobody wants someone around their things if it can wait. The host Jessica was great and she was aware of most things in the home. However, for the price there should have been no obvious concerns. Some air fresheners would have been good for the stay, the house had a little odor that you had to get use to when you enter. Unfortunately, my family and I would not be staying here again in the future. It was too expensive for all the things wrong with it.

Hi Mao! You were such a lovely guest and so happy to have you in my home. Unfortunately the guests prior to you had created some damage, of which I was not aware. As you mentioned, you declined to have these things taken care of during your stay (completely understandable!) Of course they were fixed immediately upon departure. I loved this house right away - it's the perfect location, close to Central Park and all of our friends there, easy access to Anschutz, and just a quick zip downtown (9 minutes to the Zoo at City Park!) Easy for anything we need to get to.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house has a huge yard and a huge basement - both big deciding factors for me. When you first look at it from the outside it doesn't seem that big, but then the basement and the yard just keep going, and going...great kitchen, too, with a big open concept to the living room and lots of natural light. We hope you love our house as much as we do!
