Furnished basement with living room/Bathroom.

There are 3 security cameras outdoors (one by the front door, back yard and side of the house) this is to help deter guest from having big crowds and parties at the house.

It’s also to help increase security for both guest and my neighbors.

The host was very responsive. We contacted her when we discovered the garbage cans were full outside and she handled it right away. The kitchen was a bit lightly stocked as far as cooking pans and serving dishes. However, the house was very clean and the location was great!

Location was good and house was roomy. Bed description was a bit misleading. 2 of the “beds” were actually a couch separated into two sections and placed in the loft and in the basement. Kitchen could use more utensils if people plan on cooking. Overall was a good experience.

Our stay was overall very good. The home was clean, spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood with similar relatively newer construction homes. Nana as our host was exceptional. She was very responsive and helpful from the time we considered booking, to our arrival, to the time we checked out.My only reason for deducting one star was because of a myriad of little things that are in need of repair (dishwasher, refrigerator filtered water / ice maker, vertical blinds, horizontal shades, curtain rods) and very limited on towels to accommodate all bathrooms & the kitchen. For the towels, Nana was very responsive, she delivered new ones the morning after I reached outs. While these are minor complaints, collectively they detracted from having a full five-star rating and experience.I still would recommend the property with these minor inconveniences as long as you’re not expecting perfection. A little updating and maintenance to the home and its amenities will go a long way to bring it back to a five star experience. We had a great time in Denver / Boulder / Golden and this was still a great place for our family and our friends to call home for a long weekend.

House was clean and in a safe neighborhood. We really appreciated the pool and playground since we traveled with kids. The house had the basics, but lacked some of the perks, like tissues and ample hand soap. We traveled with five adults and four kids and fit comfortably, but the space would have been tight if we added another person. Nana was very responsive and a good host. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Nice and quiet neighborhood that is located nicely to lots of attractions. We had 9 people (4 adults & 5 teenage boys) stay here during an out of state basketball tournament and it still felt super spacious and never cramped. The twin bed in the basement

Beautiful spacious house clean . I stayed in this house with my son who had testing in Denver for 2 days and I'm very happy he had a quiet peaceful house and bed to come to after his testing each day.

Everyone's happy

Home away from home

Clean and spacious. Centrally located to our needs. Wonderful layout. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with the owner. A wonderful place to kick your feet up and relax after a day exploring the city. VERY dog friendly home and community. Can’t recommend enough.
