Ocean Front home, Private Beach , 5 Bedrooms, 4 full baths, sleeps 14

Great ocean front home with plenty of space for all. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. All 14 guests can be in a bed. We have a new deck with the bottom deck covered. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles. You will be on a Private Beach, no crowds and its right in front of you. Wake up to the sunrise and tranquil sounds of the ocean and after a day on the beach you'll enjoy the deck and magnificent views and as the sun goes down, you can lounge around the fire pit. You have a barbeque and a newly remolded kitchen and dining room.
On the first floor, the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, full bath and a bedroom with a Queen size bed.
On the second floor, you have 2 Master Bedrooms with King size beds, and a brand new bathroom, also both lead out to the oversized deck and have incredible Ocean views and the beautiful Sunrise. You are right on the Ocean!
Second floor also has two other bedrooms, one with 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds and the other with a full bunk that sleep 4, as well as a full bath.
The finished basement has plenty of storage, a full bath and extra refrigerator.
Wi-Fi and smart Tv's are available for your enjoyment. The home is located in a quiet and private community of Bel Air Village. It is truly a wonderful vacation experience. Listing on VRRBO, or directly through your owner Scott@201-819-8123 Please call me personally with any questions.

Fantastic beach house

We had an incredible week. The location is perfect and the house ticked all our boxes. It has beautiful views of a private beach with plenty of amenities nearby.

Fantastic !!

This property is literally right on the beach, as in, you walk off the rear deck and you're in the sand. The hosts, Scott and Jackie, provide everything you could need for a tremendous family beach vacation. Plenty of room, inside and out, for a big family vaca at the shore. Spectacular, clean beach with very nice respectful people. No trash to be seen !! Unequivocally recommend this property.

Perfect location

Absolutely perfect location and surprisingly spacious house. The owner was was highly available and quick to answer any questions. The house was clean and modern with plenty of parking, games, beach chairs and accessories. The location and private beach were our favorite part. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Mantoloking Private Beach House

A beach cottage in an amazing location with every beach toy and chair imaginable. We loved the view and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit most nights. Scott the owner met us at check-in and made it clear that his goal was for us to have a great time. We loved the private beach and and walking five minutes to eat at the bar bar/restaurant on the main road. Fun, relaxing, easy time.

Hello, I am Scott Barna, I have been enjoying this home for a few years part time and I mainly reside in NNJ where my business is located. I am offering this home for rent because of my schedule. It has been a dream to own such a home on the ocean in a private community and I love it. As with anything I do , you will find it clean, sanitized and welcoming. I hope in return, you and your family feel the same way. It has been a pleasure for me to see my kids and friends take advantage of all being together in safe, fun, relaxing environment. If you have any questions , or want a longer term rental or just a few weeks, we can work out an arrangement. I am only looking to rent for 4-6 weeks. If you have any special requests just ask, I will try to accommodate.

This home has a new dinning room set, new bedroom set, new carpet , new deck, and new windows and was just painted. It has an open floor plan with plenty of room. The deck has plenty of seating, 2 couches , 4 love chairs , a dinning table for 8 and another for 4 people. Also a fire place inside and fire pit outside. The home is located in Bel Air Village that is private to 16 homes with our own private beach. Yes , its on the beach!
Yes, you walk out of the house onto sand! It is truly an awesome home that is in a real desired location of Mantoloking NJ.
