Beautiful New Spacious Townhome w/ Pool, Steps to Beach/Boardwalk, 3 Levels

Our airy and spacious townhome is filled with brand new furniture and decor. It is a fully detached unit with 3 floors.

1st Level: Entry/foyer, garage, laundry room

2nd Level: Living room with balcony (patio set/sm. bbq), Foosball, Dining room, Kitchen (fully equipped with lots of extras)!

3rd Level: Master bedroom with balcony, walk-in closet and master bath suite

3rd Level: Oversized bedroom can sleep 6 people comfortably with two sets of bunk beds (twin over full), Walk-in closet, Mini- fridge, Double sink bathroom, Large flat screen smart TV with Sonos speakers/soundbar

We provide the following:

8 Beach badges ($75 each to replace if lost)
8 Beach chairs. 2 Beach umbrellas.
4 Bikes Beach cart with Beach toys, Boogie boards, Pool noodles
2 Parking passes ($300 each to replace if lost).

We also provide freshly cleaned linens/sheets, pillows and bath towels.

NOT SUPPLIED: Beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body soap.

There is a beautiful pool & hot tub that is shared with the small community of townhomes. The pool is open 7 days a week starting May 27th - Sept 4th from 10 am - 7pm.

*You must be at least 26 years old to rent this townhome*

The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The owner was very responsive and available whenever we had questions. It’s also located only 1 street away from the boardwalk and we never needed to drive anywhere. We will definitely be back next year!

Best VRBO experience due to the BEST HOSTESS EVER!

This is the best place I have gotten through VRBO! The hostess (Carissa) was always accessible and ensured everything was so clean and organized in the property! Everything from a list of useful information such as favorite restaurants, beach badges, and fully stocked kitchen! The description was accurate and the place surpassed my expectations. Couldn’t ask for a better location and definitely looking forward to booking this property again!

What a great property, location is perfect, everything you need for a shore visit including a pool, instant access to the boards and the beach. I would highly recommend anybody to rent this house. The owners were accessible at all times. The house was fully stocked with everything a family could need for one week. The house is updated, bright, clean and has plenty of space. The location is also a prime spot for a family with kids. I would stay here anytime.

Our family had a wonderful couple of days together and have fun. Location and property was amazing. Only one block from the pier and beach access. Owners were always available for communication. We loved this property and hope to go back next year! Check in process was communicated and made very easy. Can’t beat the location!! House was very clean and had everrrry thing we needed. My boys loved their room with the bunk beds! and my husband loved the fuse ball table! No issues, but I knew the owners were available if needed!

Great weekend at the shore

This property was just as beautiful as pictured. Everything was very clean and organized. Location was in a gated community but only a block from the middle of the boardwalk allowing us to feel very safe but close to the action. We stayed with our family and toddler and had plenty of space. Property manager was prompt and helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and convenient

The property was perfect! It accommodated adults and kids. The kids loved the bunk room with the TV and mini fridge, en suite bath and walk in closet. The owners equipped the place with all the conveniences for cooking and beach. The location was great, only a block to the boardwalk and beach but very quiet inside gated community with private pool. Condo was in great location. One block to beach and boardwalk. Everything you need is included such as linens, towels, bikes, beach chairs and passes, keurig machine, etc
 Pool and hot tub were nice to use after lifeguards went off duty. Owners responded to questions within minutes. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend

Jersey Shore Getaway

We loved this house the location is excellent right near the boardwalk and waterpark and super easy to get everywhere! We stayed for 4 nights with 9 of us and it was super spacious and comfortable for everyone. The beach passes come with the house which is a huge perk because it gives admission to the beach at no extra cost. The owners are excellent as well and are super easy to get ahold of. Overall a great trip. 5/5 stars

We absolutely loved everything about our stay!! We were 1 block from boardwalk/beach in a secure and modern townhome! The home was very clean and nicely furnished with all of the comforts of home..and more! The communication from the owners was always prompt and helpful. Amazing place!

This rental is all up to date, clean and beautiful! The location is amazing, so close to the beach and boardwalk. It’s in a small gated community so it’s very safe. The second bedroom is huge! There is even an air mattress provided too. The kitchen is well stocked, it really has everything you’d need. Paper good are provided too, which is so nice! The linens and bath towels being provided was great and less to pack! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, really this is just such a nice place to vacation. And the owners were super responsive with any questions we had!

Amazing experience!

This condo is amazing! The cleanliness is over the top! The community it is located in is very quiet and all the neighbors were great! The location is perfect close to everything. We walked everywhere and I have problems walking. The amenities were above and beyond and the owners have everything you need there. The pool is an added attraction that we enjoyed ! The owners were exceptionally responsive! We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest and I am still in awe about this condo! We are all over 60 and have been to the shore many many times but no experience was ever as good as this one! Don't miss out it's gorgeous! Thank you Carissa and Vin, your condo is amazing!

Such a GREAT house!

Condo is located in a gated community that is super convenient to all the Boardwalk attractions. Owners thought of everything and provided all the amenities - everything was so nice! Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. Beds were super comfy and the bunkbed room is so fun/roomy for the kids. Owners went above and beyond to set the house up with all conveniences - things like hairdryers placed in each bathroom... SO great! There are huge closets full of hangers, extra pillows and cuddly blankets. That made unpacking/organizing easy and there was plenty of space to stretch out. Sheets/Blankets/towels were all provided as well, which is nearly unheard of and so convenient. I cannot stress how much that helped packing as I flew in from Texas for this trip and hauling sheets would have been a bummer. Communication was easy and the few questions we had were quickly answered. We didn't use the pool as it was a bit cold, but it would make for the perfect place to cool off after enjoying the beach on a hot day. Everyone we met within the gated community was extremely friendly and we all just had a blast! Thanks for a fantastic and fun weekend!
