Notre belle maison en bois rond, connue sous le nom de Kineo Escape, est nichée sur un terrain boisé à l'embouchure de la rivière Moose à Rockwood, dans le Maine, située au cœur des légendaires Northwoods du Maine et de la magnifique région du lac Moosehead. Comme le nom de la cabine en déduit, les vues sur le mont Kineo depuis le char privé sont spectaculaires. L'aspect rustique des poutres apparentes et une cheminée en pierre de campagne sont complétés par les équipements modernes des cabines. La cabine Kineo Escape est équipée d'une cuisine complète, de deux salles de bain complètes, de quatre chambres, d'une salle familiale, d'une salle d'équipement chauffée et d'un grand porche couvert! Pour les motoneigistes, il est situé à un jet de pierre du célèbre Moosehead Trail et de la Route 66, et à quelques minutes des sentiers de motoneige ITS! Le prix comprend 8 personnes, 35. 00USD par personne supplémentaire / par nuit. La cabine peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement et jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Great place to stay with a lot of people. Access to the Birches was very close. Had a great stay amazing place only wish there was more fire wood on hand we had to ask for more to be replenished

We really appreciate the stay so convenient with good snowmobile access to Moosehead Lake and ITS trails. The place was very spacious for a group of 5 people. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Early morning checkin was a probably the frosting on the cake. A great 3-days.

Awesome house and location

Dock was great with easy lake access. Great layout for two tamiles to enjoy. Responsive caretakers and well stocked kitchen for dining at home. Would happily stay again!

Perfect Mountain Lake Getaway

We traveled with our family and grandma, looking for a relaxing and remote getaway. The cabin was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Location on the river was perfect to dock our pontoon and gave us easy access to the lake. Kids loved fishing and swimming off the dock. Great vacation!

Family Vacation in Rockwood!

From the moment we pulled up we knew we were going to have a great stay! The pictures do not do the home justice! We stayed for 2 weeks and were very comfortable in the home and enjoyed the ample bedrooms and baths for our family of 5. We worked remotely while there and went on many hikes and fishing trips! I would highly recommend this space to anyone who is considering visiting Moosehead Lake! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Check in was a simple process. House was nice, kitchen well equipped. Access to the river is down a set of stairs that make you hate that you haven't worked out more, but well worth it. The only downfall was the beds. They were ok but for the money you're spending, cushy beds that dont scream everytime someone moves would be ideal!

Nice and cozy!

The property was beautiful, quiet, and in a great location to "get away" from the world. We spent a fair amount of time on the dock and porch. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The only complaint we have is an odor in the house upon entry and if the windows were closed for long periods of time, but opening the windows to circulate the air resolved it quickly.

There was an issue with the number of beds, but the Caretaker resolved it before all the guys arrived. We had a great time! The cabin in beautiful. Everything worked as it should. Could not have asked for better weather for snowmobiling and ice fishing. The fish even cooperated. A small herd of deer came by every morning too.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful riverfront vacation rental! The location was peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were looking for.The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every detail made us feel right at home. We especially loved spending our evenings relaxing by the river, taking in the beautiful sunsets, and enjoying the quiet surroundings.Being so close to the ATV trails was convenient. Traveled to local pubs and restaurants by ATV.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning river views and all the comforts of home, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We had an incredible stay at this log cabin on the Moose River in Rockwood, Maine. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the marina, making it super easy to launch our two boats. The dock had plenty of space, and we had direct access to Moosehead Lake. The cabin itself was spacious and well-appointed—perfect for our group of eight. Upstairs had two bedrooms plus a loft bed, and there were two bathrooms, so everyone was comfortable. The dining table was large and perfect for meals together, and the living area was open and inviting. Check-in was a breeze, and Elizabeth was so responsive and helpful. Plus, being right on the river gave us easy access to all the natural beauty of the area. We can’t to come back.

This property was nice and the cabin was as well. Plenty of sleeping spots in the house allowed my larger party to be all in one location. Plenty of shade in the backyard provided some relief from the hot sun.

Perfect Cabin in the Woods

The cabin was “as advertised” and provided the perfect setting for family to enjoy fishing, boating and hiking in the Moosehead area. It was clean, roomy and ideally located.

The log cabin is amazing! Beds are comfortable and the cabin is beautifully decorated. Comfy furniture. We had everything we needed. It was the perfect setting for our ATV vacation. Easy access to the trails and good riding for the whole family. The hike down the stairs to get to the private dock on the river was a little misleading. 63 stairs down to get to the river and 63 stairs up to get back to the cabin. Even our 11 yr old son had to take breaks to get up the multiple flights of stairs. We had an inflatable canoe however could be difficult for anyone to get a regular canoe or kayak down and up the stairs. No "waterfront" views. Great vacation!
