This 4 bedroom 2 bath house has been newly remodeled and we are excited to share it with you! House boasts a king master bedroom with master bath, a king guest room, a queen guest room, and a bunk bed room with a full bed, twin bed, and full size trundle bed. It has been styled and furnished with everything you’ve come to expect from a top lake house rental. It is conveniently located in Jamestown, KY. Only 2 miles from Jamestown Marina, 2 miles from Lily Creek boat ramp, and 5 miles from the town of Russell Springs. Literally everything you need is just minutes away!

Had a great stay, no complaints! Host is an excellent communicator. Plenty of parking, especially if you have a boat and are looking for a property right on the lake. Definitely would stay again!

Josh was incredible leading up to the stay and always super quick to respond. The house was beautiful and had everything we possibly needed. The linens and beds were super comfortable. The area is lovely and there are some great restaurant choices near by. The screened porch was incredible and we spent quite a bit of time out there!One note, there is a significant step inside the house between the entry and the rest of the home. Not a detriment just think it’s important to know. We had my mother in law with her walker and it posed a bit of a challenge but we got it figured out.

THE BEST!!

This is my second time staying at Cocktail Cove and I would highly recommend! Everything is so clean, super cute, and they have everything you need!! The owners are so friendly and the check in/out process is so easy!

Great place

The property was great! 6 of us and 5 boats were able to park along have plenty of comfort sitting around in the evenings watching tv or eating dinner together. The outdoor screened in porch was wonderful for cooking out and relaxing.

Loved Cocktail Cove

This was my second time staying at Cocktail Cove & I will be back! This house is very clean, close to the boat ramp & has plenty of room for boat parking. We enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone & sitting outside on the screened patio. Looking forward to staying here again!

Overall, this is a wonderful property! There's plenty of space—perfect for two families—with room to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The flat driveway is a great feature, offering ample parking for multiple vehicles and even larger boats.A couple of things to note: there’s a large step up from the dining area to the living room and kitchen, which could be a bit tricky for some. Also, the refrigerator is on the older side and doesn’t have an ice maker, which can be inconvenient when you need ice for water bottles or coolers during a lake stay.That said, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again!

Family vacation property review.

We found the vacation home to be very clean and well supplied. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Plenty of yard space to set up and play volleyball and cornhole. The property is convenient to all the sites in the area. We would highly recognmend this property to others for their vacation stay.

Lake Cumberland Fishing with friends

Excellent VRBO location to fish Cumberland or recreate on Cumberland for that matter. Outside screened area had a Blackstone grill as well and plenty of space for a small group to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of parking and would easily accommodate a boat trailer as well. Great place and host.

Fishing Trip

This property is exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. Loved the screened in porch and large parking area for both our boats. Host was quick to respond to a question we had and was very polite and easy to talk with. Would recommend this property. Thank you Josh and we will rent again in the future.

Fishing Trip

This place was perfect for our group of 4 teen boys and 4 adults. We had a total of 4 vehicles and two bass boats and had plenty of flat parking area and were able to conveniently plug the boats in. Our boys competed in a tournament on Cumberland. This house was close to the Jamestown Marina. My favorite room was the huge screened porch. We hung out there a lot, playing cards, relining poles, or eating together. We plan to stay here again in the future.

A lovely house with everything you need!

We were so pleased with our stay at this house! Me, my husband, my parents, and my three young adult siblings stayed here and rented a boat on the lake for two days. It was such a comfortable environment and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend! From ample towels, sheets, and blankets to cookingware, cooking supplies, laundry, etc, it was a highly usable home. There were paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, soaps, etc. The screened in porch is where we spent most of our time, and the lights and greenery made it so comfortable and idyllic. The griddle was an awesome way to prep meals for our large group, and the large table accommodated us all perfectly. The outside firepit and adirondack chairs were so awesome, there was ample parking, the beds were comfy, and the home was very clean and tidy! Located on a corner lot in a gorgeous, green neighborhood that was relatively quiet and very peaceful. Only a 5 min drive from the Jamestown Marina! The owners have clearly thought through everything that folks would need to feel comfy. Check in and check out were easy peasy and didn't require that we clean the whole house top to bottom AND pay an exorbitant cleaning fee. The owners were very communicative and we are so appreciative to them for an amazing stay! We would definitely love to book again! Thanks so much!

Great Fishing Getaway

Quiet neighborhood, and convenient boat ramp close by. Had plenty of parking for 2 bass boats and vehicles. Well kept and clean. Super helpful and responsive with any questions. Highly recommend!

Nice Lake Home

Nice little home within two miles of Jamestown Marina and Lily Creek Boat Ramp. House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room outside for cornhole and nights by the fire pit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Was great for our first visit to Lake Cumberland!

Everything You Need For a Stay at the Lake

The house was very clean and well-appointed. Plenty of room for our six adults and three children. Only minutes away from the marina. Best of all was the large screened in, eat-in front porch. This is a great property for the Jamestown area.

Perfect place for a family or friends group for a lake getaway!

We have stayed at Cocktail Cove 2 summers in a row now, and have had a great experience both times! There is plenty of space for everyone, and it is updated and super comfortable. There are plenty of linens for everyone, beds are comfortable. It is located right down the road from Jamestown Marina where we rented a boat. The screened in porch is perfect for having coffee in the morning and for gathering for dinner after a day on the lake. There is also plenty of parking. Josh is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants to enjoy a trip to Lake Cumberland. We look forward to booking again in the future!
