"Black Bear Peaks" Tri level A-frame cabin provides the ultimate serene mountain escape. Beautiful mountain views from 3 outdoor furnished decks. New 4k smart T.V.'s throughout. The lower level has a hot tub, TV, and main level a gas BBQ and picnic table. Inside, each level is complete with a King Log bed and full bathroom, upper and lower levels have jacuzzi tubs. On the Main Level you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and den with a gas stacked stone fireplace. Keurig and Regular drip Coffee /Wifi, small stacked washer/dryer.

Located just miles from the center of Pigeon Forge (intersection of 321 Wears Valley Rd and US441S Pigeon Forge Parkway), Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and The Ripken Experience baseball/softball complex.

The upper level is a huge room with a private master bath complete with Jacuzzi. In addition to the Log King Bed there are two matching log twin beds, and twin loveseat/sleeper bed as well as your own private deck with "forever view".

The downstairs is the place to be!! In addition to the King Bedroom and Master Bath with Corner Jet Tub there is a game room! The Game Room is complete with Slate Billiards Table, video game console with all the classics + 50 other games, and a living area featuring a NEW 60" Smart 4K T.V . Welcome to the Man Cave! Private hammock on wraparound deck.
Absolutely NO access permitted to sub/utility level crawl space.

This cabin is in a totally private peaceful setting. WATCH YOUR SPORTS, TV/MOVIES ON THE TV OVER THE HOT TUB ON BALCONY!

Enjoy hassle-free check in with directions and key codes available directly on your mobile device.

Cabin has WIFI, cable including Movie Channels and flat screen TV's throughout including over the hot tub. New Central Heat and Air for total comfort. 65" Smart TV in game room to binge watch NETFLIX, Amazon, HULU etc.

Kitchen is fully equipped with drip coffee pot, a Keurig K-Cup Coffee Maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, hand mixer, microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, platzgraf stoneware, crockpot, kids dishes, etc. You will be provided with a new sponge, 2 dish towels and one roll of paper towels.
Full bathroom on each level. Upper and lower have oversized jacuzzi tubs, separate shower stall. 2 Rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. One bar of soap in each bathroom as most people have special preferences on skin and haircare products.

We had a wonderful trip! The cabin is super quiet and relaxing and was very clean upon checkin, 5 stars across the board!We stayed 12/16/25 - 1/11/26. The cabin itself was beautiful and very tastefully decorated for the holidays. The host Marcia, was great from before we ever got there, until today when we checked out. She answered any questions I had, and was very helpful with packages being delivered to the cabin for the holidays and more! Unfortunately, we didnt get to see any bears, but they are around and we got to see their large footprints on the porch. We did however get to see lots of turkeys! Thanks again Marcia, and we look forward to spending more time in the future at your place! Tina Star

The cabin was beautiful and outdoor space awesome especially from the top floor. Loved all the seating on the decks to watch the sunrise in the mornings. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Marcia is wonderful host. She responded promptly to my questions. Highly recommend property to family and friends!

The location is spot on for taking in the Great smoky mountains or enjoying all the adventures of pigeon forge and Gatlinburg but if you just want to Tranquility, the VIEWS are stunning. The owners Gary and Marcia answered promptly every question we had, they were the best!! We will definitely be back!!

The house was better than expected, as the pictures do not do it justice (even though the pictures make it look great anyways). The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived, it was quiet and peaceful, and check in was easy. The only critiques I can offer are that the upstairs bed is creaky just from sitting or rolling over on it, which can wake up someone else in the room at night. Also, we had our two year old and had to keep a close eye on her due to the two staircases and making sure she didn’t go down they without help. Something like a baby gate to block the stairs would’ve been great, but it was not expected. Just something I’d take into account for future visitors.

Absolutely beautiful and exactly what our family was looking for. We fell in love with the area and the mountains. We have been looking for a place to make a family tradition before school every year and we feel we have found it. There are plenty of things to do in the area if you choose and if you are just looking to hide in the hills the view are perfect.

Beautiful property

Gorgeous surroundings and house! Shower curtains need to be replaced and drain fixed. Also some things need to be updated like wood planks in deck and oven mitts and light bulbs replaced. Overall very nice and prompt hostess communication when needed!

The place was great! The owners were really nice and great communicators! We saw bears bears bears lol. Great views. Hot water! Clean and had awesome view! Definitely recommended if you are headed to the Smokie Mountains!

The cabin is wonderful. We had a relaxing, much needed vacation. The view was amazing and so was the hot tub. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plentiful with lots of sleeping options. We had several visits from bears. The first one was a mama and her 2 cubs. The cubs were adorable, staying right with mama. The mother bear apparently can open car doors because she and the cubs got in my mother's SUV, no damage but muddy foot prints on the seatWe also had several visits from a large male bear. He was on the deck and stole a lemon candle off the picnic table and carried it into the woods in his mouth! All the encounters were on the deck off the living room.So if you would like to see bear up close this is the place. The property provided a comfortable, restful stay.

Great family get away

This was our first experience in Tennessee and this home was the perfect spot for us to stay. Plenty of room, great home feel and a fantastic porch area on all levels to sit and enjoy the views. I would definitely revisit this property!

Beautiful views

The views were spectacular, and the balconies felt very private for taking it all in. While only in view from one side, there was quite a bit of construction material on the lot next door, but we never heard or saw any activity. The drive up was easier than many we have taken on or near this part of the mountains, and we appreciated the guard shack. The hot tub was extremely cozy. For our preferences, the larger beds were cozy. The twin beds were too firm, and the pillows led to a few stiff necks. Many people bring their own, and this is one occasion where we should have. What one person likes, another may not, of course. We enjoyed this cabin very much and appreciate the owner's many communications and flexibility.

Perfect vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, the cabin was easy to find, it was the perfect size for our family and it has everything we needed. The host was super responsive. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful secluded property

Marcia was easy to get a hold of and was great at getting things fixed fast. When we arrived, we realized the grill was broken and within 24 hrs she had it replaced with a new one and took the old one away!
