Upscale furnishings throughout, furnished kitchen, you will find luxurious comfort and style, with WIFI and Cable TV!!! We have a cords of firewood for the fireplace and fire pit to keep warm for late Fall and Winter stays.
The lake is only steps away. The dock offers two boat wells, brush for the fish, large fish basket and a cleaning station. large private sunning and swimming spot. Minutes by boat to the Little Niangua Arm for great fishing. Ten to fifteen minutes by boat to Bulldogs, The Fish and Co., Larry's on the Lake, Captain Ron's and the Nautifish. These are memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime!

Between the fire pit, the three outdoor seating areas, the sun room, quiet strolls on Gene's Point, the dock, anyone from your family and friends will find a place to settle in and relax. Fantastic time

Great time! Excellent clean home. Great fishing. Hope to stay in this home again. Adult kids and grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing. Home was very clean at check in and host was informative and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Beautiful lakefront house!

We had 18 people, and this beautiful lakefront house had plenty of room! The location is perfect, right on the lake in the lovely EE resorts area. The owner Kent is so nice and helpful! Wonderful vacation for our large family!

He met us at the house and made us feel at home. Showed us around and showed us how everything worked. Clean house. Even an extra refrigerator in the garage we could use.

Wonderful off season getaway!!!

Wow, this place was perfect for our work retreat! Separate bedrooms, restrooms, great proximity to restaurants and the view!! The outdoor spaces with the fall foliage and RIGHT ON the lake! Great communication and amenities. We will be coming to stay again. I look forward to getting my college friends together here for a reunion.

Labor Day Family Fun

The property was fantastic and met the needs of our family - there were 12 of us, ages 7 - 64. Our host was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. There was plenty of room for everyone. We did not have a boat but that was no problem. Lots of swimming and fishing from the dock. We caught fish ranging from small Bluegill to a Catfish that was approximately 20 lbs. Our youngest grandson caught 50 fish. In total, there were more than 100 fish caught and released in the four days of fishing! The swim dock was usable even on a busy Labor Day weekend because of being on the “quiet side” of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the weekend. We would definitely book this property again.

Amazing Home, Beautiful View, Great Location

Wow what a beautiful home. The view of the quieter portion of the lake is fantastic from both decks. 2 of the rooms have queen beds in them and you can look out at the lake right from bed, 1 of them has its own deck! The house was very clean and the owner was very welcoming and great to communicate with. The home is easy to get to and is within 15 minutes to everything you need in Camdenton. We will definitely try to rent this property again on future visits!
