Guests will have access to a shared dock for swimming and heading out to enjoy all manner of water-themed adventure, with a private 10x29 boat slip making trips in and out a literal breeze. The spacious graveled outdoor space features a high-top gas fire pit table, picnic table and an above-ground firepit and Adirondack seating for enjoying a crackling fire under the stars. New to this property is a 6 person hot tub for you and your guests to relax in after a day of exploring! Located at the 33 ½ mile marker, you’ll be minutes by water from dining options such as Captain Ron's and Larry's on the Lake, or by land to all the attractions, dining, and shopping in Sunrise Beach and surrounding towns. Explore the nearby town of Osage Beach, offering an array of local attractions, including shopping, restaurants, and family-friendly activities like a water park, trampoline park, arcades, mini golf, go-karts, and more. If you happen to be renting in late August, you’ll be treated to a front-row seat for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, a 2-day powerboat race event considered to be one of the nation’s must-see boating events. Golf enthusiasts among you will be delighted with the many surrounding championship courses, each offering their own unique set of challenging fairways encased in lush scenery. With a seemingly endless number of things to see and do in the Lake of the Ozarks, you’ll be thankful to come back home to White Oak Landing to spend your well-earned downtime.



The home’s interior has been newly renovated with beautiful, modern furnishings and sophisticated décor. Two separate living areas include plush leather sofas, electric fireplaces, and smart TVs ensuring that there’s never an argument over what to watch. Host a movie night in one room while you stream the big game in the other! Two fully equipped kitchens allow for ample meal prep, both showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Indulge in outdoor cooking with the convenience of a brand-new Pit Boss griddle at your disposal. Dining options are plentiful as well with tables in either kitchen accommodating 8 and 4, respectively.



This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 6 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a twin Murphy bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 freestanding twin XL beds.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #6 includes a queen size bed.

Office has a Queen Murphy bed



The home also includes a half bathroom along with 4 full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the remaining three with single vanities and walk-in showers.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 10 vehicles.

• Security cameras are located outside all property entrances and are for security purposes only. The cameras point at the door and the area just around the door.

• A 10x29 dock slip available for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.

• This property is equipped with three dedicated outdoor outlets strategically designed for the convenient charging of fishing boats.

• A convenient boat ramp is located near the house, offering easy water access.

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o We allow a maximum of 2 pet per stay. Dogs only.

o Only dogs under 70 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

o Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $25 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
