An Amazing Beach Getaway

We had the most wonderful stay at WillSea! The house was incredibly well-stocked—everything from kitchen essentials to beach gear was thoughtfully provided, making it so easy to relax and enjoy. Our family loved the cozy, beautiful accommodations, fun in the pool, the very close proximity to the beach, and the welcome basket was such a sweet touch. Billy and Johanna are such thoughtful and responsive hosts. Truly one of the best beach homes we’ve stayed in!

Billy and Johanna are very welcoming hosts. From answering the many questions I had, to the lovely card and welcome basket, my family's vacation was off to a wonderful start. The house is very spacious and the hosts provide many things to enjoy. The locations was fantastic for us. The beach is nearby, the pool is in the back yard and there are many attractions close by. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the future.

Great Stay in Croatan

First off, Billy and his wife are exceptional hosts. They were super responsive to our requests and we're willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is as advertised, one block from the beach and perfect for a relaxing week with friends and family. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!

We rented Will Sea for our extended family vacation and could not have had a better experience. Billy was so responsive, the location is perfect and the house is great for kids. The pool was clean and the house provided ALL of the beach toys, chairs, tents and towels. We really hope to be back next year. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family

This was the BEST prepared house we have experienced for a family. We have prior experiences in Carolla and Nags Head. The layout of master be to adjoining bar’s was perfect. The kids loved the pool too. Wonderfully stocked kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils. Communication with owners was quickly responded too. We recommend it 110%!

Loved it!

I stayed at Will Sea with my four siblings, our spouses, children (ages 2, 4, 5, 6, 12, & 14) and our mom. We had an awesome time! The house is beautiful and spacious, the amenities are fantastic, the pool was clean, and the location to the beach perfect! The owners were extremely pleasant, responsive, and accommodating. I have nothing negative to say about Will Sea. I hope to be back!

Will Sea - Will Stay!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay for your family or large group in Virginia Beach, this is the place. We had the 3 bedrooms upstairs for the adults and 3 bedrooms on lower levels for the kids. Two kitchens gave us extra refrigerator and storage space and a pool was a favorite for kids who could tolerate cooler water in April. Best of all was being one short block from the beach and all the beach chairs and toys were available in the garage. Kids played in the waves and on the beautiful beach for hours. Host Billy was very friendly and helpful and made sure the house included everything for guests including a welcome basket. Parking for 3 large vehicles helped as there is no street parking. Close to most attractions including aquarium and Adventure Park with the best Zip Line experiences for young and old. We’ll be back to enjoy Will Sea again.

Location and amenities are the reason we love this home. Perfect spot to vacation in VA Beach.

The first floor can be a full apartment. It has a full kitchen, living room, eat in kitchen, bath and two bedrooms. The second and third floors are another full living space. Full kitchen, living room, great room, 4 bedrooms and a small jacuzzi tub. Two outdoor showers.
