Beautiful & Cozy. Remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home in highly sought after 9th & 9th area of downtown Salt Lake City. Fully fenced backyard. Three designated parking spots. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. Summertime will have lighter Bed Covers. Walk through this little neighborhood to some of the best restaurants and locally owned shops. Near Liberty Park, Trolley Square, University of Utah, and 30 minutes to the ski resorts. Main floor has two rooms each with a queen size bed and one tub-shower bathroom. Downstairs has two rooms each with a full size bed and down comforters. Downstairs has a large tile shower bathroom. Bring your fur baby for lots of fun walks to the park and enjoy a fully fenced private backyard.

A great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in the wonderful 9th & 9th district. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants. This house was really well stocked and was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). The host was friendly and accommodating and even took the time to personally meet us for check in. The house was warm and cozy and had a nice big, fenced in yard that my pup enjoyed. I'd recommend this rental to anyone visiting Salt Lake.

July Family trip

I stayed at 9th and 9th for a month with my 11 yo son. My parents also came for a short part of our stay. Dani was wonderful to work with. The house is cozy and has everything you need and the neighborhood is great! I love the proximity to coffee, ice cream and a few shops and restaurants. We also brought our dog and he enjoyed the fenced yard and nearby dog park. I would definitely stay again!

9th and 9th Visit

We stayed at this wonderful bungalow in March. Really excellent neighborhood in SLC. The home is on a quiet street and easy walking to restaurants, stores, coffee, etc, House is very comfortable, well appointed, great wifi and appliances. We had our pup with us and he especially enjoyed the fenced back yard. The property manager, Dani, is great and took good care of us. Would certainly visit again if we were in the area.

An Excellent Home Away From Home

I brought my grandson to Salt Lake City for 2 months to access medical services. We stayed in this house for a month along with our dog. Our property manager, Dani, met me at check in and gave me a rundown of the house. She was just great - she even had treats for the dog and us. The house was clean, everything worked and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog. We settled in easily and the Little Blue House became home. She reminded me weekly when the yard would be mowed and made sure I knew trash pickup days. When a squeaky door became annoying Dani brought over WD-40 the same day. The kitchen was very complete and Dani even brought over an air-fryer. The location worked for us, and the 9th & 9th commercial area was less than a 10 minute walk away while a dog park was less than a 15 min walk. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy SLC home !!

The place was great! Really Nice neighborhood east walk ride or bike to all the amenities of the region! The landlord was great and accommodating . Would stay here again and again.
