It was a very nice place to stay. They where very helpful if we neede anything. Will definitely stay there again...

Horrible neighborhood, loud noises and sirens all night. House did not feel welcoming or homey, all personal logins on the TV which was uncomfortable. Very limited dishes and towels. Very little thought or love in the home, definetly just a cash grab. Do not stay here thinking it is a nice relaxing place.

Magna stay

The property is clean and comfortable. The property owner needs to look at the property from the perspective of a resident, not just a rental property. There needs to be a regular coffee pot, not everyone uses a Keurig. There needs to be some smaller sauce pans. There isn't any measuring cups or spoons. There isn't a mixer. There isn't any way to hang damp towels after use. A robe hook on the back of the bathroom door would be nice. I anticipate that we will utilize the property again in the future because it is located in a very convenient location to spend time with family.

Magna, Utah stay

The property is very nice and is comfortable, and appears to be recently remodeled. The floor in the remodeled kitchen slopes down, which causes the refrigerator door to swing open suddenly and the dishwasher door won't stay open completely. The location is on a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic, which is nice. There wasn't a toaster, spatula, measuring cups and spoons in the kitchen, which makes it difficult to cook. Also, it be nice if there were either a towel rack or towel hooks in the bathroom to hang damp towels on. It was not disclosed that dish soap and dishwasher detergent are not provided on-site, so a renter needs to be aware that they will need to provide those items. Overall, the house was very comfortable and convenient for our needs and we will probably choose to rent it again in the future.

Comfy

Our family was comfortable in the home. We appreciated the individual A/C units in different areas. The openness of the rental allowed my toddler to be able to run around and get his energy out after being in his car seat for hours. The bathtub was not cleaned from previous use and there were hairs in tub and surrounding walls. We greatly appreciated the extra pillows in closet. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice, but


Good location for us, nicely decorated. Minimal noise from downstairs apartment or neighborhood. Manager was very responsive. Seems like the problems we encountered shouldn’t have gone unnoticed if there was biannual maintenance before we arrived, though. AC not working, but was repaired after we called. Bathroom outlet not operational, but we asked them to wait until after we checked out to repair. Would have appreciated a toaster in the kitchen, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and a supply of facial tissues. Renters in lower unit complained that we parked on right side of driveway, so we moved to left side. Then they parked in the middle of the driveway and in front of the house on our last night, making it very inconvenient to pack our car to leave on cross-country trip the next morning.
