You are renting a carriage house that is located on someone's property behind the main home. The carriage house is on the second floor. You will not have access to the yard or the trampoline in the yard during your stay.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $600. There is a patio with a beautiful view and fresh air where you can smoke Colorado's finest!

The living room has a pull-out Queen bed with memory foam mattress. We want you to have fun on your stay, but we also want to offer you amazing rest!
