Discover new bathrooms and fresh trim inside, new furnishings, modern railings and blinds, plus a cozy gas fireplace. Relax on your private balcony or enjoy the shared hot tub and sauna.
LIVING ROOM
New windows, flooring and glowing wood trim accent the light-filled living room with a vaulted ceiling. Kick back on comfortable furnishings including a new sofa and 2 arm chairs, enjoy movie night on the 42" cable TV while warming yourself by the gas fireplace, this is a very cozy and comfortable place to land in Steamboat!
KITCHEN & DINING
Sleek new floors line the fully equipped kitchen where you will find all the cookware and gadgets you need to fix favorite recipes. Ample counter space makes meal preparation a breeze. A spacious granite kitchen island seats everyone to home-cooked meals or family game night.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This condo offers plenty of accommodations between the two bedrooms and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds.
The primary bedroom has all brand new furniture including a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. A cozy sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder, has two twin-size beds. Two freshly remodeled bathrooms offer plenty of space to refresh. One has a tub/shower combination, while the other is outfitted with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sip morning coffee on your covered balcony while taking in the mountain vistas on this private perch. The quiet neighborhood will not disappoint!
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared coin-operated laundry facility, a ski locker, and parking for two cars in the outdoor lot.
This second-floor unit is accessed via two flights of stairs. Although the condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with mild summer temperatures in the mountains.
THE LOCATION
Walk to the free bus line in less than a quarter-mile -- this convenient service takes you to Steamboat Ski Resort and downtown.
Parking is unassigned in the lot. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. No RV's or Trailers allowed per the HOA.
**Due to insurance regulations, gas grills are no longer allowed at this property.**

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
