Perched at 4,200 feet in the heart of Eagles Nest, Peak A View is a beautifully appointed mountain retreat offering sweeping long-range views, upscale comforts, and a prime location just moments from some of the community's best amenities and under 15 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort!
Step outside and take in panoramic vistas spanning three states, with a tranquil valley and winding creek below â the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening wine. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub under the stars or gathering around the cozy fire pit with loved ones, the outdoor spaces invite relaxation at every turn.
Inside, you'll find a warm and stylish interior with all the modern comforts of home. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features sleek granite countertops and a spacious bar that seats four â perfect for casual breakfasts or social evenings. The open-concept living area includes plush seating, a gas log fireplace, and a 55â smart TV for movie nights or catching the game.
Both bedrooms are tranquil sanctuaries, each featuring a king-sized bed, 50â smart TV, and thoughtful design touches that make you feel instantly at ease. Two full bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy, with one showcasing a walk-in shower and the other a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. A charming half bath and separate laundry area add even more convenience to your stay.
Just a short walk away, you'll find the pickleball courts, basketball court, and the new playground at Camp Eagles Nest â perfect for families and active travelers alike. Situated between Great Camp and the North Pavilion, you'll be in the heart of the action, with access to miles of scenic hiking and ATV trails, including paths leading to stunning waterfalls.

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The front door includes a Ring doorbell for safety.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
