We have all of your creature comforts in mind, including all King bedrooms, strong wi-fi, an EV charger for your vehicle, 4 smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen to prep any and all of your meals. Eat al fresco out on the deck and watch the gorgeous view of Grandfather Mountain each morning and night.

While staying at this home, you will have access to the beautiful Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse which offers pool table, great room for parties, fitness room with great workout equipment, heated outdoor pool, hot tub and summer waterfall. Echota is located in the heart of the High Country; convenient to shopping and dining in Boone and Blowing Rock as well as Banner Elk. You will also be a short drive to the area's ski slopes, hiking, Grandfather Mountain State Park and other High Country outdoor recreation opportunities.

Guests of Endless Grandfather View have access privileges to all the following Echota amenities:

- Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools (Please reference Echota map. One pool is restricted, and designated for Echota homeowners)
- Watauga River Trout Fishing
- Stocked Fishing Pond
- Club House Fitness Centers
- Hiking & Biking Trails
- Bocce Ball
- Outdoor Sports Recreation Area

Note: Many photos on this web listing reflect Echota amenities which are available for our guest's enjoyment but are not physically located at this home and may require a short drive to get to.

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.

Additional notes:
- This home offers paved parking for up to 4 vehicles. We provide an EV charger for your vehicle to use during your stay.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months should come prepared with an AWD /4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
