The living room features a classy interior, with a large grey double-sofa bed and one creamy-white armchair, a round coffee table and TV unit - topped with a smart TV. Garnished with accessories and art decorations, this living area guarantees a sense of luxury and contentment. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to the large window glass overlooking the mesmerizing sea.
Next to the living area is a round white dining table with 4 white chairs. The dining area comes with top-notch dishes and silverware, and is close to the open kitchen counter.

The Kitchen has granite countertops and wooden cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, and more.
Inside you will find the charming master bedroom, fully furnished and decorated to suit the luxury of the area. It comes with a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and grey covers, room darkening shades hiding the glass door, night tables with lamps, a table with a mirror, and a wardrobe. The room also grants access to a private balcony.

We can also provide you with extra pillows and blankets, upon request. The room has a private full bathroom, with a bathtub, a wash basin, a toilet, and all the bathroom amenities such as cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and more.
There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a wash basin and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Public transportation near Elite Residence is of no problem. With metro and tram being easily-accessible, residents of the building can reach any part of the city without a hitch.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
