Come visit our small authentic desert motel with large and refreshing swimming pool. Walk to restaurants and shopping in "downtown" Borrego Springs . Visit Anza Borrego State Park (the largest state park in the United States) and view the starry night sky from our patios and pool deck. Borrego Springs is a recognized International Dark Sky Community and our motel is solar powered and eco-friendly! Each unit will accommodate up to two people. Seven of our rooms have a queen size bed. The eighth room has two twin beds and connects via an interior door to a queen bed unit as well as having its own exterior door. Two of our queen bed rooms are pet friendly (extra fee) while the remaining rooms are kept pet free.. All rooms have a microwave, small refrigerator,Keurig style coffee maker with good coffee!, bistro table & chairs, nightstands with lamps, heater, air conditioner, overhead fan with light. Park in front of your room. We have a Level 2 EV charger for your EV! 1 1/2 blocks to Christmas Circle (center of town). Free high speed internet is available in each room. No TV to interfere with your relaxation., but bring your streaming device if you need to stay connected. No smoking. No resort fee. Quiet & serene. Enjoy the desert air, listen to the birds chirp and the coyotes howl! Enjoy our big pool in the warmer months, relax and enjoy a book or the sights and sounds of our desert community.

The location was perfect! So close to all of the trails and wild flowers. You can see the Milky Way just by stepping out of your room. The bed is super comfy and the shower very hot. Couldn’t ask for a better motel.

Loved the location, loved the room, comfortable bed, loved the bright bed quilt. Innkeeper was available, pleasant, helpful. Little library well stocked, just a wonderful place to be. Would definitely love to stay here again

Clean, easy check-in & out, friendly, quiet. Robin is an excellent host. The new landscaping and outdoor amenities (gazebo with grill, firepit, pool with comfortable lounge chairs) elevated the experience. I would love to stay again.

Very clean and minimalist, with a nice pool, bbq area, and lovely firepit area with seating. Air conditioned, microwave, coffee, complimentary sparkling water and protein bars. Very welcoming, and Robin is a doll.

Very clean (tv-free) motel convenient location

We have stayed here in the past but it's being improved, upgraded flooring and very nice clubhouse with a mountain view. Nice extras like power bars and sparkling water in the refrig. Also nice is the cabinet outside room 4 & 5 that stocks items you might have forgotten like sunblock, razor, etc.

Perfect for Golf at Ram’s Hill

Playing in a three day tourney at Ram’s Hill Golf Club (phenomenal course) and wanted an inexpensive place to stay by myself. Loved this motel near Christmas Circle, the restaurants, and the local desert art collection. Fast service from the hotel staff! Clean, great WiFi (bring a tablet as there is no TV). Nice fridge and microwave. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks! Good pizza at Calico’s if you want to bring something back to the room!

Great place, great people.

The room was extremely clean and the little hotel is a perfect nostalgic 1950s roadside motel. There was a fire ring out front that we took advantage of on New Year’s Eve and enjoyed ourselves surrounding a nice bonfire with friends. They only issue I had with the place was the beds are hard as a rock. Apparently they are memory foam, but they are extremely firm memory foam. The place was awesome though, and we will be staying there again!
