2 spacious bedrooms with a 3rd sleeping space in the loft. Master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The 2nd floor bedroom provides a workspace if needed.

Outdoor space - We have multiple outdoor areas for you to enjoy. Patio deck: Grill and eat on the outdoor patio. Equipped with a Weber gas grill and dining set to seat 6. Firepit on the hill: Enjoy seasonal views of a local Ski Mountain and the Blue Ridge Mountains while lounging in Adirondack chairs surrounding a wood burning fire pit. Covered porch: Relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our front deck that is fully covered. Lounge on the porch swing while listening to the birds.

Entertainment – 1 large screen TV with DISH Satellite TV and Blue Ray player and a small collection of DVDs. We also have a Bluetooth stereo system. We have WIFI.

The kitchen is fully equipped. We provide a coffee bar with a Mr. Coffeemaker and Chemex pour over coffee pot. We also provide an electric kettle, toaster, blender, food processer and more.

Bathroom showers include shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Also available for guests is a Dream On folding crib with crib sheets provided, baby gate, baby monitor and a Bumbo multi seat.
Other things to note
*We have a minimum age policy of 25 for our renters. The renter must be present during the time of the stay.

*Our home is located in the mountains and our driveway is gravel and has steep areas. We recommend a vehicle with AWD. In winter months a 4WD/AWD vehicle or chains for your tires are recommended in the event of snow or ice during your stay.

Please exercise caution while enjoying the property as the terrain can be steep in certain areas.
