This new immaculate construction addition with an open floor plan encompasses a spacious Master bedroom with plenty of room, stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining. A full bathroom and a huge and stylish gourmet kitchen that flows through to the dining room, it invites comfort, and exudes modern elegance.2 people Max, No Pets. Because of personal health reasons, I'm not able to host guests with any pets.

-2 people max. in the unit.

-Please read the house rules and description. No smoking of any kind inside or in the backyard or in the street, very strict. NO marijuana, cigarretes, Ecigarretes, Hookah, drugs. No Pets of any kind are allowed in the premises, no service dogs are allowed or birds or any pets. (I am allergic, I apologize).
-Street free parking, on my side of the street only please!!

Pleasant Hill

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property. We like the quiet neighborhood and the location. The owner, Renzo, is very friendly and responsive. We had a great time.

My husband and I stayed here while we were visiting our grandkids. The neighborhood was nice, the host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. It was a great stay
