Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, I am committed to creating comfortable experiences for my guests. I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned.

★ 3 Beds: master bedroom queen bed, two other bedrooms have full beds
★ 2 Bathrooms: master bathroom & a hallway bathroom
★ Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes & glassware
★ Living Room: comfy sofas along with a flat-screen TV
★ Dining: pub table that seats 2 along with 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar

★ Dog-Friendly - park in the back of the building
★ ALL linens laundered between guests

★ EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT: Please inquire about your options when booking

★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

- Metered street parking is available at the rate of $2/hr
- 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat, and FREE all other times and on Sundays

Walkable to ballpark
We appreciated the walkability. The accommodations left a little to be desired. All the living furniture was very worn out. Rugs were curled up and a tripping hazard. The first night there was no hot water and my kids lips turned blue while we tried showering as quickly as possible. Hot water modestly better the next few nights. Messaged host through VRBO the first night but never heard back. Overall just a very average stay. Property definitely looks better in the listing.

Wonderful stay in a clean and cozy home.
Would stay here again. The trip was absolutely wonderful and communication was great. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Still loved the weekend there!

Family Road Trip
We decided to stay in St Louis last min on a family road trip. The booking process was great they even sent us links on how to park and get around the city. The location was fantastic for getting around to things like the City Park, The Arch, and Union Station. We had our kids with us and absolutely loved the city. We would definitely come back and rent this apartment again!

Excellent Place
This was a perfect weekend stay for my family and I (total of 6). Great location and the place was very clean and met all of our expectations! Will definitely stay again!
