This beautifully appointed four-bedroom home is tucked off a sleepy street in the resort community of Princeville. Featuring expansive outdoor living space and a private yard on an oversized lot, this is the perfect place to unwind after spending the day exploring this extraordinary island. Situated on the 12th hole of the Makai golf course, enjoy panoramic mountain and waterfall views from the comfort of your lanai. Walking distance to Sealodge beach, Hideaways, and Turtle Cove!

Once inside, this home offers plenty of space for a large family or traveling couples. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, high-end appliances, and a charming breakfast bar that opens to the main living and dining area.

The upstairs master suite has ocean views from a luxurious king-sized bed and features plenty of windows to let in the cool, tropical cross-breeze. This home is designed and perfectly situated to maximize the natural cooling effect of the island’s trade winds. The spacious master suite also has a wonderful en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. All three downstairs bedrooms have an abundance of natural light, and open to an outdoor lanai. There are an additional one and half baths on the lower level.

The house was lovely and large enough to accommodate a big group. Nicely appointed kitchen and great layout. Location was further from the beach but was a short drive to hanalei where we spend most of our time on kauai. Would definitely recommend this property. Very clean

The home was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a beautiful golf course, with easy access to all amenities such as a gas station and grocery store. The views from the deck were outstanding! The house was clean and well stocked and everything was clearly well maintained. I would make one recommendation and that would be that the owner provided a garage door opener or key pad for access to easily bring the car rental in and out of the garage. Aside from that slight inconvenience, I truly can't think of anything I would change about this lovely home. We would stay here again and again! The cherry on top was interacting with a property management team who was professional and kind too.

Beautiful home on a beautiful well taken care of golf course in a great friendly, safe family oriented neighborhood. Pictures of home are exactly what you will get. It was very comfortable and felt like home to us. We ate out a lot, but the house had a great grill and fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in. My suggestion would be to stop at Costco in Lihue upon flying in and stock up, the local grocery store is extremely expensive, hence the fact we choose for our family of 5 to eat out. The home did get a little warm if we were there for an afternoon nap, but if you close all the drapes and turn on the ceiling fan it cools it down tons. We turned the air off at night and opened the windows and found it was the perfect temperature, we loved it. If you listen real close you can hear the roar of the ocean. We absolutely adored the home, location and cleanliness of it. We would definitely stay there again and after checking out the rest of the island will continue to stay in that area on our return visits. Great place!!

we had an amazing time. It was truly special. We had a total of (8) people. The property was nice, but there were maintenance and equipment challenges that surprised us. Plastic chairs around the eating table were cracked. When sitting, if you leaned the wrong way it would pinch your leg. The bathroom shower head in the lower bathroom would come out of the wall and wasn’t secured when you adjust the shower head. The knife butcher block was falling apart. There weren’t any BBQ utensils. The worst part
the AC in the living room is small and does not really cool down the space. The pictures online looked great, but for what we paid
.the owners could easily address these issues and they haven’t. I took pictures and send messages and the response I received was “thank you for your feedback, we will share this with the host.” When we visit again, we would not consider this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for housing both sides of our parents (4), ourselves and our 3 kids - 9 of us total. The house was well-maintained, clean and we loved the style and comfort. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked there almost every day. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and trees and the backyard patio is a beautiful view of the golf course. The master bedroom and living room had an AC unit, but the rooms downstairs did not have AC (ceiling and plug-in fans only). The only comment we would make is that it was a little warm/humid for our parents who were staying downstairs, especially the one across from the bathroom. Regardless, we would recommend this home! We loved the neighborhood and it was great having Foodland very close and it was only a 10-minute drive to Hanalei Bay where we did our vow renewals. You can't beat the gorgeous views in the north side of this island, including the breathtaking Napali coast.

The location was excellent and the home had all the accommodations that we needed for our family to be comfortable. The location was perfect if you want to stay on the north part of the island, which we like better. Our two oldest children are married and our two younger children are not. Therefore, three bedrooms with a single bed (2 king and 1 queen) and one bedroom with 3 twin beds were ideal for the 8 of us. The house was very clean and included everything that we needed for our stay. The surf board, boogie boards and snorkeling gear were an added bonus. Also, the washer and drier were very nice. The home is only a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay/Beach, 5 minute drive to Anini Beach, and less than 10 minutes to Secret Beach (do not miss this beach). Also, only a 10 minute walk to Queen's bath (parking at the trail head if you don't want to walk from the home) and Sea Lodge Beach (down a trail from the end of the Kamehameha Road or just a few hundred yards from the home). Also, do not miss the 9 mile hike (4.5 miles each way) to Hanakapiai Beach and Hanakapiai Falls. Not a super easy hike, but definitely not hard or extreme if you are in decent shape. The only thing that could have made the place nicer is if the air conditioner worked so that we could cool the home off more quickly when we returned home each evening. There were plenty of fans so that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house with all the needed amenities!

We were a group of 8 friends traveling to Kauai for the first time and we had such an amazing time in the house. Large enough for everyone, great king size beds in 2 of the rooms, perfect patio to eat breakfast overlooking the golf course, with great extras like beach chairs and bodyboards! All that less than 5 minutes from a great grocery stores and a few shops. The communication with the host was always easy and quick while the checkin process was flawless. I really cannot be happier of our choice! Thanks for everything Susanna!!

Great Princeville House

Clean, roomy house in Princeville. Washer and dryer were a big plus. Lots of goodies to borrow from the garage (masks, fins, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, etc.). The one knock I have is that the one window A/C unit in the house (located in the living room) didn't blow cold air. However, there are lots of fans throughout the house that helped offset the afternoon heat.

Great for big family

This house was great for our family trip with 6 adults and 3 kids. Great location with a bedroom blue water view and great views of the mountains and golf course off the back deck. Plenty of necessities onsite for families (sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, pack n play and etc). Could use a deep clean inside and out, but would definitely go back!

Gorgeous, Comfortable, Great Location

Our family loves staying in this home! Our family of 8 fit comfortably! The location is in a beautiful neighborhood which gives a much more laid back vibe than a resort. We were able to walk to the store or nearby beaches. The house has boogie boards, towels, and other beach gear that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We were very happy with our vacation! Spacious, comfortable home

Our family of nine found this property to be very comfortable with room for everyone which allowed for personal space when needed. The living room had a corner sectional sofa which made it easy to relax as we read or watched TV and videos. The expansive dining room table comfortably sat all eight of us and also allowed room for card and board games which we played almost nightly. The appliances in the kitchen worked quite well and we appreciated the large double door refrigerator which held all our food over the two weeks of our stay. The stove and oven worked quite well and more than met our needs. The dishwasher functioned at an adequate level as we had difficulty in getting rid of the milky film on the glassware even after adding rinse aid. The smaller appliances functioned quite well except when we used the microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle at the same time. We manged to trip the breaker but the owner was quite helpful in showing where the electrical panel was. The lanai was used extensively as we relaxed in the sun and warmth of the day and was the location for many spirited and lively family discussions. The men of the family appreciated the opportunity to barbecue on the Weber almost daily which made meal prep much easier. The almost new washer and dryer worked very well and having the larger sizes made keeping up with the laundry very easy. The beds very all very comfortable and the ceiling fans kept the rooms cool in the evening. The bedrooms could use more drawer space to store clothes as some of us kept our clothing in our suitcases. The 2 and a half bathrooms were clean and functional and allowed family members to prepare for the day or evening with ease. The beach accessories, towels, chairs, etc. were much appreciated by the families as they has opportunity to sun, surf and snorkel at local beaches during our stay. There were some tears in the screens around the opening handles of the screens on the main floor which could be repaired. The location was very conveniently close to a number of beaches and walking and hiking trails. For major shopping and family swimming beaches in the winter one will still have to drive south to Lihue and Poipu. The neighbourhood was very quiet and had well groomed properties throughout as one would expect in Princeville. Overall the property was well worth the investment and the owner was very helpful and personable in answering any questions we had. A- class property.

Nice family vacation house

The house was very spacious and accommodated our large family. We appreciated each having our own room. They also purchased a BBQ which was very nice. The beach in Hanneli (sp?) was gorgeous. It was the best beach we have been to in Hawaii...not busy, white sand, relatively calm waves for families and a life guard and showers near by. The reason I'm giving our stay a 4 star is because the house didn't have central air conditioning. There was one air conditioning unit in the living room. Other places in the house has ceiling fans which are not enough to keep you cool during warm summer months. I suggest providing additional tower fans in each room and area. Thank you to the owners. We had a great time. This Island is beautiful and we are glad we stayed on the North side...much nicer than the South. Cheers - SZ

Perfect Home

This home was perfect for our family vaction. It was a well kept home, clean and very comfortable in a beautiful setting. Use of their washer and dryer was a big added bonus. We did have an issue with a repair that was no fault of the landlord and they were very responsive, kept us informed and fixed the problem immediately. Great home.
