Avec son emplacement central et ses équipements bien pensés, cette location de vacances à Kauai est sûr de dépasser toutes les attentes. Notre maison de vacances, Ka Pua Hale-signifiant "Maison Blossom" ne pouvait pas être mieux situé. La plage isolée Sea Lodge est à quelques pas, et son rivage immaculé est parfait pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée, ou se dorer au soleil. Quelques minutes de route dans la direction opposée vous amène au cœur de Princeville, où vous pouvez ramasser des ananas frais au marché des agriculteurs locaux ou au club de golf Makai populaire. Ne manquez pas de visiter le Ranch Princeville, d'une superficie de 2 500 acres, où vous pourrez faire de la tyrolienne à travers la jungle, explorer les cascades locales à cheval et faire du kayak sur le pittoresque ruisseau Kalihiwai de Kauai.

Après une journée d'aventure, Ka Pua Hale est la retraite parfaite. La maison est entourée d'un jardin tropical luxuriant et d'un parc communautaire d'un hectare et demi, idéal pour pratiquer votre coup de golf ou regarder le coucher de soleil sur les montagnes volcaniques. We really enjoyed staying here. The location is excellent. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the yard and property is incredible, the house was great with lots of space to do hang out and we really loved being able to do laundry. The only thing we’d mention was that the living room furniture was a bit dirty and the kitchen sink got quite smelly. We used the kitchen for almost every meal and kept things very clean but the sink and dishwasher had a bad smell despite this. It wasn’t too big of a deal and everything else was lovely.

Well appointed home with plenty of space for our family. It was a nice and comfortable home, with a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring Kauai. Both the outdoor spaces were enjoyable areas to spend time in the morning and evening.

Beautiful Kauai

We loved our time and loved this property! Eating on the patio, walking to and snorkeling at Sea Lodge beach, hiking the Kalalau Trail, and more! This property had so many amenities and a great location. Highly recommend!

A Place for Five

It was fun staying in a Hawaiian house in a real neighborhood. We loved the location. The house was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable for the five of us. While we were there we enjoyed hiking, snorkeling at a few different beaches, dining out, visiting farmers markets and the nearby town of Princeville. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Wonderful place

Great house for our family of 4, enough room to spread out but still cozy. Kitchen has everything you need, fans (and trade winds) keep the place cool, and it’s within easy walking/biking distance to several nice beaches and Princeville Center restaurants/shopping. Quiet and relaxing!

Beautiful stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house in Kauai. It was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. The outdoor area was perfect to relax in. There was plenty of room for all five of us. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed walking in the evenings. All around, a great place to stay and enjoy Kauai!

Lovely home and a wonderful setting

We have a nice time at this beautiful home in the perfect setting. We were in walking distance to Foodland, Queen's Bath and golf. The home was clean, well maintained, and just the right size for the 4 of us. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was so easy to communicate with and offered great advice on local areas to check out! The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! Comfortable and quiet home away from home!

This home is very convenient for a stay on the North Shore with a view of the mountains and a peek at the ocean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen nicely equipped for simple food preparations. We enjoyed the walks to the beach and the cliff view. Liz communicates well and responded quickly to our questions. This is a great value for a family or small group, with plenty of privacy.

Comfy, clean, and fun!

We spent a week in Kauai and found the house to be perfect for our family. It was well stocked with fun beach toys that really enhanced our stay ( the yellow boogie board will have a special place in our family history since our four year old fell in love with boogie boarding on it :) . The kitchen had everything you could want and more and the overall feel of the place was warm and welcoming . Liz was super helpful and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing Princeville Experience

My mother, brother, husband and I stayed at the the property for a week. We walked and rode the bikes to beaches, used the snorkel equipment, had picnics on the beaches and sat on the lanai (a lot!), reading, playing games and eating. It is a wonderful site to base out of to explore the North Shore! I would give it a 6/5 if I could! Liz was amazing, responsive, helpful. The best that I have worked with so far!

I love the outdoors...especially beaches! Kauai has the most spectacular beaches and they are all public! Having a busy life with work and family, Kauai is my retreat to just relax and let go. I love the people, the scenery and the weather...I am from Buffalo NY so you can understand that!!

My husband and I fell in love with Kauai in 1995 and decided to buy a home to retire here. The area is great for hiking, kayaking, every kind of water sport, biking and has a very nice community feeling. Princeville has everything you need; shopping, restaurants, beaches, library, parks, bike paths and a great group of residents! Once we are ready to retire we will make it our home!

Kauai's North Shore is a beautiful tropical area with a lot of character, its unique beaches, spectacular hikes and meandering rivers for Kayaking or paddle boarding. It is a laid back, relaxed area for a tranquil rejuvenating vacation. It truly is paradise, once you come you will want to return!
