The perfect home for multiple family members; some thing for all ages. Two living areas with 60 and 70 inch TVs, giant dining area, two master suites, one has a step-in shower with safety handrails. Quiet residential neighborhood in desired "Pelican Boulevard" location. Office with daybed that sleeps two, and sofa pull out. Home includes heated salt water pool with safety fence, regulation pool table, large patio and it's kid friendly! Many toys, books, games, crib, and high chair. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and newly tiled walls in the 3 bathrooms. The yard is fenced for dogs.

Amazing house, location and hosts!

This house is huge, well furnished and very centrally located within Cape Coral. It has a very nice fenced in yard, great for dogs. There is a beautiful, large lanai where you can sit in sun or shade and enjoy the day. The pool is HEATED (and it worked)! There's even running water in a nice bar area on the lanai with a new, large gas grill. The beds were very comfortable (coming from picky sleepers) and the living room recliners felt like we were back at home. Best of all Sheryl, Al and their daughter Sam could NOT have been nicer or more accommodating. We've rented houses for years and have never seen a house that provides a stock of supplies like they do. The only thing that we would change would be having more privacy in the back, but even with that, all of their neighbors are super friendly! I would highly recommend these hosts.

What a great time we had! Sheryl has thought of everything! Just a relaxing amazing time was had! Loved the pool area and enjoyed playing pool. Enjoyed the beach! Enjoyed the restaurants!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing home and host

We travel a lot and have never stayed in a more well stocked house. Everything you could possible need and more was available. Sheryl was easy to contact and an exceptional host.

Pelican Getaway

It was nice house. Of all the properties we have rented over the years it was the most well stocked. It was user friendly. It was very spacious with 3 bathrooms and a nice pool and lanai. The only down side was it had a small kitchen, however it was very functional. Weak internet signal at times. Location was great and close to lots of things.

Spacious Cape Coral home that has it all!

We were so impressed with the size of the home and the accommodations. The owners supplied everything that you would need and were very available to answer any questions. Even a pool table in the family room. Very nice pool & lanai area. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Grandma's Hunting Trip

I brought my daughter in law, 4 grandbabies and friend for a long weekend in the warmth. The pool was fantastic! The house was in a quiet neighbor and close to everywhere. It was well stocked. Thanks Sheryl

Great home

The wife and I have been staying in vrbo rentals for years and this one is by far the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. I have learned over the years loving to cook for the family I bring along alot of my own cookware (pots,pans,knives, spices ect) because I usually spend a lot on these items but this home was well stocked. We loved everything about this home and the pictures do not do its justice it is huge will definitely stay again

We grew up in Ohio and when I vacationed in Florida as a teen, I thought, "The luckiest people in the world live in Florida". My husband has made me feel that I have become one of the lucky ones, building me a home that is luxurious and comfortable. Two sets of French Doors and a 3 door wide slider open the home onto the screened patio/pool area.

Comfortable, clean, recently painted, new lights, new kitchen cabinets, new queen size bed, new windows, new TVs, new AC, new washer/dryer, and new refrigerator.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Many features in the home are adapted for seniors, all on one floor and bathroom handrails in a shower, and the very young, set, pool fence, and toys. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets. The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Many of the residents have been there for decades.
