This 2 Acre private home at the end of a gravel road comes with a huge patio offering expansive, 360˚ canyon views. It is a newly remodeled 4 bed, 2 bath vacation rental in Grand Junction, CO that sleeps 8 people. With 1800 sq feet of space and stunning views of a private canyon, sunrises, sunsets, and the city lights below, you’ll feel quite peaceful and comfortable during your stay.

Our property is located in the Redlands, just minutes from downtown, and offers endless access to all types of outdoor recreation including biking, hiking, golfing, hunting, and fishing. This home is a great fit for anyone who loves to be outdoors; the Tabeguache/Lunch loops trails are literally out your front door and if you are a road cyclist you will certainly want to ride the Colorado National Monument loop.

This amazing property is ready for your vacation retreat or corporate rental!

*Great home for families and well behaved pets are welcome, please pick up after your pet. We also ask that you please be water conservative, the house is located in the high desert and all the water is delivered for the house. You may see a water delivery truck if you are there and ask you do not park in front of drop zone, outside laundry room door.

We loved staying at this house! It was very clean, very bright, there was plenty of room for us to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice and well-equipped for our meals. The views were incredible and the deck was amazing! We loved the location; it was quiet and very convenient to several trails, to Rimrock Drive through Colorado National Monument, and to Grand Junction. Sadie was very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely stay again!

Valley View Gem

Property was close to the city, yet peaceful and rural. House was in great shape and very inviting. The massive deck featured a panoramic view of the entire grand valley. Our host was quick to respond to any questions! Would not hesitate to book again!

Girls' weekend with hiking and wineries

My friends and I booked this beautiful house to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday. It was perfectly located between Palisades, for winery tastings, and the National Monument, for hiking excursions. We also enjoyed the east facing deck for gorgeous sunrise views!

We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids (and a dog). The view was spectacular and sitting on the deck was relaxing. It was nice to be out in the open but close to town where there were many great places to eat. We loved our stay and recommend it!

Beautiful and Spacious Home

Our favorite parts of this home were the fantastic deck, the beautiful living and dining areas, the spaciousness of the bedrooms, and the location. We recommend visits to Arches and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Parks and Colorado National Monument.

Nice place, great view

The house is nice. The view is pretty awesome. Overall an enjoyable stay. Pets are welcome at the house, but the fenced area is not really appealing to my dogs. I understand the landscape does not allow for grass so that is my mistake. We did find a nice park that allowed dogs about 10 minutes from the house.Be aware that the main living area and kitchen are "upstairs" and bedrooms are downstairs, except the master which is also upstairs which makes for a bit more of a challenge for "move in and out". Not a huge deal to get the view that the layout affords.Overall we did enjoy our stay and appreciate the uniqueness of the area.

A Christmas to remember

Amazing property with gorgeous views. We came from across the US and converged on this location with four bedrooms so all had privacy but great common areas for meals, cooking, video games, puzzles, movies and Christmas activities. Many amenities that we did mot use but could have.

Thanksgiving Tranquility

We enjoyed this property very much! Cold weather and rain curtailed our outdoor activities but we were very comfortable indoors. The view is fantastic and the space accommodated our group of six well. Beds are comfortable as are the LR chairs and sofa. The water limitations were not an issue as we reminded each other in the kitchen to turn of the water while working. The kitchen has everything we needed without a lot of extra stuff to dig through. There was space for two cooks to work together in the kitchen. This location is close to town without feeling in town. Lovely!

Fantastic experience!!

Book this property!!! The view alone is totally worth it but there's so much more. Comfortable living and sleeping areas, great showers, stocked kitchen, and Grand Junction has so much to offer. I'd stay here again for sure. Sadie was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions. Great place!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Beautiful location with stunning views to the east. Close to Colorado National Monument and downtown. But the best thing was walking out the front door to a trail and hiking 10 minutes down to the botton of a canyon and being in a different world.

Everything a vacation rental should be!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The owners have thought of everything... from the detailed instructions including directions to the home, to the easy check in, to the extra towels, blankets, ample seating, comfortable beds -- it was excellent! We loved the location, also. It had amazing views across the valley to the "Book Cliffs", was about 10 minutes to downtown Grand Junction which has many great restaurants, and we could literally walk out our door to hike. We had an incredible time, and if we ever get back to Grand Junction, we know where we'll stay!

Fabulous Fourth of July

Loved seeing the fireworks on Glade Park as a kid. I saw the property listing and plan formed. We had a great time. The fireworks did not disappoint. We knew it would be hit or miss fireworks and drought, but knew we had a beautiful view either way. Next time we’re staying longer!

Wonderful Home to Gather and Relax

This home is high above Grand Junction with amazing views and access to trails. It was clean and well designed with better decor than you find in most rental homes. The bedrooms are nicely spaced out and the bathrooms are large enough to share. The front room was great for gathering and hanging out. We spent most of our time sitting on the giant deck overlooking the valley. There are a ton of trails right up the road and easy access to downtown and shopping. We loved it!
