Inside, you will slip right into vacation mode with all of the comforts of home and more including a full kitchen, a game table for cards, and an accommodating living room complete with a plush black leather sofa, a matching recliner, and a flatscreen TV to stream favorite movies on when the stars come out. Beautiful bedrooms await for everyone to get a bit of rest and privacy each night.

Alta Mesa is a desirable community near the heart of downtown, featuring a private golf course and wonderful parks for the kiddos if you brought them along. When you want to venture out a bit, shopping and restaurants are within a short drive of your front door and some of the best outdoor recreation is found in Northeast Mesa. This includes golf, tennis, biking/hiking, boating, kayaking and fishing, and much more! Riverview Park is just under 13 miles away and features a beautiful view of the river, a splash pad, a playground, and scenic walks.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
