*Walk up condo on the second level - no elevator*
Enjoy the beautiful gated community of Alta Mesa Resort Village while sipping a glass of your favorite beverage overlooking the private Alta Mesa Golf Club.
Whether you are visiting the area for vacation, business or cheering on your favorite sports team, this is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo where you can relax inside or on the patio!
While you are here, make sure to enjoy the large heated pool, the hot tub and exercise facility located only 200 feet from this unit. We are located only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor. 20 minutes from the unbelievable views of Saguaro Lake where you can rent boats, waterski, jetski and enjoy the lakes! Even closer to the Salt River where you can kayak or stand up paddleboard!
Our condo is over 1500 spacious feet filled with all the amenities you desire.
The condo is equipped with Free WiFi and Free wireless internet!

This is a fully stocked kitchen! Our kitchen and master bath were recently upgraded! A few photos include the updates.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available and overflow parking is located in the designated open parking spaces within the complex.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.

March 2024 Golf Adventure

Great accommodations! The property is as advertised. All the comforts of home. The condo is very spacious and very clean throughout. After getting humbled on the golf course it was nice to come back for a swim and hot tub. Communication with property management was efficient and check-in/check-out was seamless. I would definitely consider this property again in the future. Only downside we couldn't stay longer..... back to work!

Great Time in Mesa Condo

I had a great stay at this condo. I have stayed in this complex before and it's always so great to be on the golf course, so this was perfect! There were sweet looking bikes in the garage, but I did not use these. The layout of the condo is perfect for guests as they have a separate side of the unit for bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of towels and even towels for the pool and hot tub. Guest parking was very close by. The owner was very responsive to the request I made for some additional supplies. The only issue I had was having hot enough water for a hot water bottle. It was great for showers but not hot enough for a hot water bottle which I use often. I would definitely stay here again if available.

A Month in Sunny AZ☀️

This condo is beautifully decorated & very comfortable. It is spacious and the patio overlooking a busy golf course provides entertainment! We made some new friends at the shared pool & hot tub, and enjoyed the pool every day! So much to do in Mesa! We were able to walk to the grocery store & restaurants! Location was another bonus! I was slightly worried about being close to Falcon air field (plane noise at night), but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Alta Mesa Condo

We spent a very enjoyable month in this comfortable condo. It was clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly. With two king beds, the unit is perfect for two couples, with an extra bedroom for guests. The balcony offered a nice view of the golf course and beautiful sunsets too. The location is convenient to everything. We’ll be back!

Summer in Arizona

We had a short notice stay in Arizona and we were happy to rent Brian's place for just over a month. Our family of four had plenty of space in this wonderful property. The inaccuracy of the online was when we first booked, the pictures weren't updated. We were pleasantly surprised at the furnishings and accommodations were more than what the pictures offered. The property was conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was within a minute's walk. This is a great property!
