Wake up every morning to a beachside view with our luxurious bay windows. Beautiful ocean view, fully furnished, boutique unit located one block from the beach, restaurants, grocery and shops near by . This meticulously, 2 bedroom one bath, renovated unit is walking distance to many of Santa Barbara's favorite, and famously known by tourist, spots in town! You are only a block away from the famous Santa Barbara Zoo.

The primary bedroom is quiet with a cozy queen-size bed. The guest room has a bunkbed (twin bed on top and a queen futon below). The unit can fit 5 people comfortably. If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful gateway, this is the perfect place for you!

Everything was great! New & Clean and super close to a great market and one block from a great beach.Two keys would be helpful.Limited air flow, open/close windows were in odd locations. The Current fans are very loud, but work well to cool house down.

Clean and spacious apartment near beach

We came to visit our son who lives in California. Visiting from Canada , we really enjoy the beach and taking long walks, having such a beautiful beach a block away was definitely a huge plus. The place has a great fully equipped kitchen and a really good grocery store across the beach. Beds are cosy, if anything we really didn’t like being woking up early in the morning by the horn of the train, we got an early start to our day!

Summer Ball getaway

Our son plays summer ball for the SB Foresters and we wanted to find a family friend home that would provide the time and space to be together. This home was perfect! We made some meals and ate together, walked on the beach, watched fireworks, and visited local small business vendors in the Funk zone. This home was a great escape and was convenient to all the local spots! Most within walking distance. The Host are wonderful and so accommodating! Great home and would highly recommend renting it!

If only it was cleaner

Overall our stay here was positive. But, the apartment was not ready for occupancy when we arrived. There were moldy coffee grinds in the coffee machine, and used, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. The coffee provided was an already opened coffee grind package that was only a quarter filled. It's a great location and cute place, but...yikes!

We had a great stay- clean, fully stocked getaway. The manager was extremely helpful and the location was great. Awesome grocery across the street, Rico’s Taco Truck (yummy) just across the street and the beach and pier just a block over. A real gem!

Wonderful family getaway

A little gem...beach themed apartment with ocean views from living room and dining room. Good size main bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom was the perfect size for the kids. The zoo, beach and wharf are just a walk away.

Great Location with Beautiful View!

We had a great stay here with our two adult children. The view out the living area window is gorgeous, and the living area is quite spacious. Matt and Tracie have added lots of nice touches and were very helpful and responsive. A very short walk to the beach and a longer but doable walk to downtown makes this a great location!

fabulous place close to the ocean and downtown

Thanks so much for a fabulous stay- the apartment is beautiful, full of light, with a brilliant view of the ocean. It is in walking distance of downtown, the Funk Zone, the Harbor and there is a great produce and general store across the street.

Nice beach place

Stayed 4 nights while visiting SB. Good beach location and gourmet grocery store across the street make for a nice family stay. Very clean and looks like recent renovation. Would stay here again.

Awesome Stay

We had the best stay! This home is the perfect location: 3min walk to the beach, 15min walk to the pier, 5min drive to major shops on State street and a grocery store with a delicious taco truck in the evenings across the street! The home was nicely furnished, clean and everything (dishes, towels, etc) felt new. The owners provided some very nice additions: coffee bar, cocktail cart, individually wrapped toothbrushes. It was easy to check-in and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be renting again!
