Fantastic and super-responsive host, delightful and charming place to stay, everything sparklingly clean and all the amenities you could wish for and more. We especially loved the beach caddy chock full of beach toys. Perfect location, a stone's throw from a fabulous beach and the most family-friendly zoo imaginable. We'll certainly be back if we ever come this way again.

Heather's place is well-kept. I love how it is decorated & the use high-end household items. The host is very responsive & considerate. The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach and/or go to downtown SB. UCSB is not that far, either.

Awesome host, great cottage

Host was very thoughtful and provided us with everything we needed to have a good time at home and at the beach. Place was clean and comfortable. We were initially worried that the one bathroom did not lock but it turned out to be a non-issue with our group.

Heather was without a doubt the most accommodating, sweetest host you could ever hope for. Not to mention her place is spectacular and we had every amenity we needed to enjoy our week long stay with our 2 boys. Was the perfect location to walk to the beach in the mornings or to the zoo in the afternoon. Short driving distance to a lot of great spots and beaches to explore. If you have the opportunity, definitely book the trip and stay here!

Excellent stay

The property was beautifully appointed and comfortable and the coffee and treats were a lovely touch. Heather was extremely easy to communicate with and flexible as our plans needed to change for an evolving family situation. Can’t say enough good things about the place and our host. Just like home

We were getting our house tented and needed somewhere local to stay. This place was perfect. Fabulous condo with immaculate furnishing and appliances. Easy walk to the beach or zoo. The management was professional, prompt, and courteous. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Charming and cozy

This was such a gem. From the moment we walked in I was impressed. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the decor was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of amenities. The beach was few blocks away and you could walk to the Tri County Supermarket two blocks away. The building was quiet, felt safe, and was perfectly located for jumping on the freeway. The owner checked in with us and was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Thoughtfully appointed, checked all the boxes, no pet peeves!!

This charming apartment near the beach in SB was everything my family of four needed from a rental! The kitchen was very well stocked with a great layout, an ice maker, and really cute dishes. It had all the small appliances one could want. We are all tall so the king bed for us and two twins for the kids were SO much better than sharing queen beds. The beautifully remodeled bathroom has a privacy curtain for the shower and plenty of places for towels and toiletries. The decor is cozy but never in the way. We were all impressed with the thought that went into this property! Other bonuses - designated off-street parking, crisp cotton linens, coffee and tea provided. Last but not least, Heather answered all my texts within a minute or two. Highly recommend!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The place is located at East Beach which is the nicest beach in Santa Barbara. It has year around volleyball nets set up on the beach and a great restaurant on the beach. (one of only two great ones on the beach in SB.)There are several other great restaurants within a few minutes walking.
