Updated lake front condo on 21MM in Osage Beach in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. Private, no-step entry, no stairs and parking right outside your door. Pool, fishing or floating from the docks, view of the main channel from deck, cable TV, secure WiFi, USB charging stations on breakfast bar and murphy bed unit (bring cords). Coin-operated complex laundry available. Smoke free, pet free unit. Professionally cleaned and sanitized. Kitchen has new dishes, tableware, new Flex brew coffee maker, microwave, new pots and pans. New pillows, bedding and towels. Just bring your groceries!

One bedroom with queen-sized bed that separates from the main living area, allowing a second sleeping area with a new, queen-sized, memory foam murphy bed unit. Each sleeping space has a TV with cable and setup for you to log into the Apps you may subscribe.

Location minutes away from everything - golf, restaurants, horseback riding, go-cart tracks, putt putt golf, live shows, cave exploration, boat and jet ski rental, dinner cruises, outlet mall shopping and more. Location provides walking or running along a nearby golf course and fish hatchery.

While check-in time is the standard 4:00 pm, we may be able to get you in earlier, just send an inquiry to ask before you book, if that’s a deal breaker. Check-out is 10:00 am.

Boat slip, ramp and trailer parking available during your stay, small fees may apply, just ask. $15 per night for boat slip.

Cozy with a great view.

Very clean, cozy and perfect for a small family getaway. It was me another adult and 2 young children (age 3 and 1) and it was perfect for us. Close to the water and pool. Great fishing right off the dock. Kids had a blast fishing. Would definitely book again.

Found dirty sock under the dresser. Found a pair of shorts in the dresser drawer. And 3 bottles of body wash and shampoo in shower. Not a big deal to us. The host was very nice and would stay again the only thing that needs attention is the electric grill so we didn’t use it.

Place was nice. Perfect for two people. Only bad part was the person next door was loud and kept us awake the last night of our stay. Could use hand towels there were none available. We bought our own.

Outstanding communication…I had sent a message at 2 in the morning prior to our trip because that was when I was thinking about it. I received a reply within minutes of my message. The room was very clean and looked very nice but it smelled like weed, there was no gas in the BBQ grill, so could not use it, like we were told we could, and the bed was very uncomfortable, very hard, we did not sleep well at all.

Mini vacation

Great location! Owner was very responsive. I couldnt find the roku remote before bed and he had a replacement brought early the next day. Its a small place but was perfect for us as a couple. Only thing i would suggest is to update with bright colors. With it being a small space the browns are to dark making it more depressing.. white or brights would make it so much more inviting.but we all have different taste in colors and the vibe we want. Other then that we would stay again

Small but nice.

The condo was adequate for the 2 of us but that's it. Would be OK for 4 if 2 were small kids. Not enough seating for 4. Coffee maker was the slowest I have ever seen. I took an hour to brew a pot of coffee. Was very happy to see that coffee was supplied though. We enjoyed the patio. It was very nice. Use care in the shower. There was no anti-slip/gripper pad on the shower floor, slipped a couple times. Now for the boat slip. Its NOT in the slip in front of the condo (we were in building F and the boat slip is in dock B which is over 300 yards away. Bed was comfortable but very squeaky. One last thing, the morning sun comes right in the deck/patio windows and warms the room. Needs light blocking shades to cut down the light/heat.

Anniversary Trip to Lake of the Ozarks

Spent 5 nights in this condo. We paid for the boat slip. We used the swimming pool. We ended up having some good friends stay with us. Quarters were tight for two couples, but we had a good time and made do. Most of our time was spent on the lake, by the pool, or out to eat. The kitchen is small and was challenging, but use of the deck and some organization allowed us to work out breakfast and some dinners at the condo. I wouldn't recommend this condo for two couples. It was more suited for one couple. Everything was clean and everything that was promised was present. We had a very good time.

Clean and Quiet

The condo was clean and the property was quiet. It is located in a quiet cove with a nice view of the lake. It had everything we needed for the few days we were there. We also used the boat slip that was available and had no problems. We stayed with our teenage daughter and she used the murphy bed and it was much more comfortable for her than a pull-out couch. We had a great time!
